We have not been in quite some time. We were pleasantly surprised by the menu, pricing and quality of the meal. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be back soon.
The experience overall was nice however most of the food was cold when it reached us and it wasn't as well put together as I thought it would be. The apple crostini was delicious. The broccoli and rice was soggy and cold only the shrimp were hot and tasty. The butterfish was disappointing due to the sauce, it was advertised as lump crab meat but the crab meat was hardly there and the sauce was bland. The wine was good but the timing should have been wine coming with the food so everything flowed with the courses. I usually like the food here when dining regularly but I felt they need to brush up on this type of experience. The staff were very nice.
This was our first time at the Buford Bonefish Grill. We've been to others, but never this location. We've found our new favorite. Even on a Saturday evening, the crowd wasn't crazy and we were seated quickly. It's been a while since we had been to Bonefish, and the menu (including the seasonal specials) gave us so many options we had trouble choosing. Our server Vaughn couldn't have been any more gracious and patient and answered all of our questions in depth. We enjoyed our meals (we both ate off the seasonal menu - butterfish and dynamite salmon). The calamari also was a generous portion and very well cooked. Given the quality of the meal, I was pleasantly surprised by the total. We will absolutely be back.
Bonefish consistently has great food and excellent service. The drinks are also top tier and reasonably priced.
The Sunday Bunch at Bonefish was outstanding. The food courses were very tasty and somewhat unique. The pairing with cocktails made it an even better experience / The addition of a door prize was nice, but having only a single prize for a lare group was disappointing. There should be more, but smaller, prizes to allow a few more people to get a bonus in their experience. The pricing is outstanding and I would hope it does not escalate too much -- which could be done by eliminating the appetizer or reducing one of the cocktails.
Our waiter was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He paid attention with anticipation of drink refills amd finished dishes to remove. The food was fantastic and the ambiance was everything!!
June S took care of me at the bar she is always so kind and fun. Look forward to coming and see her. Thanks June

My wife and I dined at Bonefish Grill in Buford for the first time and tried their new Autumn 2025 Ocean Mixed Grill for two ($45.90). This seasonal platter includes a soup or salad each, two premium sides, and a seafood medley: shrimp with mango salsa, Atlantic salmon with pan-Asian sauce, mahi mahi with chimichurri, and ahi tuna with lemon butter and soy mustard glaze.
The tomato bisque I had was rich and flavorful with a distinct Parmigiano cheese kick, while my wife enjoyed her salad. The complimentary bread service with olive oil dipping sauce was, as always, delicious. Our sides - Bang Bang Brussels sprouts and potatoes au gratin - were packed with bold flavors but felt heavy and calorie-dense.
The main platter was a mixed bag. The salmon was excellent, and the mahi mahi was very tasty, but the shrimp was just okay, and the tuna lacked flavor entirely. Service was solid, and the clean, energetic ambiance added to the experience.
We’ve loved Bonefish Grill for years as one of our favorite chain restaurants, but this visit didn’t quite meet the high standard we’re used to. Still, it was an enjoyable dinner and night out with my bride.

I tried to reserve a table for a birthday dinner for 7 people. Not only would they not take my reservation, they said I wouldnt be able to be seated as a walk in until after 830 PM. I didn't call at the last minute. Who books out their entire restaurant on a Thursday night? You had a good sales day and sacrificed future customer visits to do it. I hope it was worth it. Actually, no, I don't...Boo to you, Bonefish!

Had a great meal on Saturday, 9/6. Food and service were both excellent. Had the simply grilled sea bass — delicious! Love their large selection of food and drinks. Can't wait to go back!
Never disappoints if you are a fish lover. We both had Butterfish. I did Asian and my girlfriend did Rockefeller. Both excellent. Where can you go and get butterfish, which is black cod. Like sea bass, white, and flaky. Delicious. Also, have their Smoked Old Fashion. Great dinner.
I got the Seabass, which was one of the most expensive items, but it was disappointing because the margarita lime sauce was super strong and overpowered such a delicate fish. The sauce was swimming on my plate, so there was no way to avoid it. I don't know who came up with that recipe, but that sauce needs to be adjusted. Also, the truffle fries were under done and lacked any flavor. The wait staff and employees were all very friendly and good
Great experience. Nice dinner with friends and very good service. Food came out quickly and was very tasty, our server / host was very friendly and made great suggestions. Overall a very good place to dine.
It’s a nice place to go sit relax eat and drink. Service is always good.
