Bonefish Grill is a 1 trick pony. First time back in ten years. Still terrible. I don't expect to ever be back. Filet mignon ordered mid rare, arrived well done. Pork chop ordered med rare to medium, arrived well done. Food was inedible.The bang bang shrimp ap was decent although soaked in a mayo based sauce. Crabcake ap was served cold and greasy....again with their sauce. On the side this time. Shrimp and scallop dish smelled like a boat dock in July. Pork chop with fontina was extra well done, though it was ordered as mid rare to medium. The filet mignon was equally over cooked. The salad was fresh The potatoes au gratin was nasty. The chocolate crème brûlée was mid at best. The coffee I was served was hours old and burnt. The manager, who was very pleasant quickly offered a card for a free shrimp appetizer should I ever be foolish enough to return. I can honestly say, I have no idea how they are in business.

Bonefish Grill has always been a great place to dine. The service, food and ambiance is always amazing. In addition, the prices are amazingly affordable.

Excellent service.

Wonderful bread (best part of lunch).
Soups were okay.
Small (two) pieces of greasy fish in the fish & chips.
Very off-putting was the *extremely* garlicy coleslaw. No explanation of why one would put garlic in coleslaw; previous lunches here did not have this flavor profile at all.

Vaughn is our favorite server. He is always attentive & knowledgeable about the items on the menu. He is also very kind & thoughtful. We are always greeted warmly by the staff. We like the nice ambiance & the food is always great.

Very hot as the heat was not working. We had a group of 8 and 4 of our individuals had to change their order three times as they were out of 4 different dishes. Service was ok but he kept saying he would adjust the heat but never did and the manager told out guests that they need to adjust their choices but they would be charged for the lower of the selections and they weren't. I understand it is a busy day but overall experience was not good. I have been there many times before and it usually is not bad.

Food is great but one lady server was not friendly at all. It was my my third time going there for social hour and she is just extra nice to anyone except for me for no reason. Maybe because I was by myself and I don’t match whatever demographic goes there. I’m glad there are other very friendlier locations.

Absolutely unacceptable experience, especially on Christmas Eve.

We had a 7:00 PM reservation and arrived on time. Instead of seating us or giving any clear direction, we were told to wait for a text message. No timeframe. No explanation. No follow-up. We waited… and waited… and the text never came.

At no point did anyone check on us, update us, or take responsibility. Eventually it became clear that we were simply forgotten.

Because of this complete failure in communication and management, we never ate dinner on Christmas Eve. No backup plan, no apology, no attempt to make it right. Our entire evening was ruined.

If you are going to take reservations, especially on a holiday, then you have a responsibility to honor them or at the very least communicate with your guests. This was careless, disorganized, and incredibly disappointing.

Christmas Eve is not a night you get back. We won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this place with an important occasion.

Edit: In response to the owner’s reply directing me to their website — there is no actual way to contact corporate using the link provided. It leads to a generic page with no clear path to reach anyone who can address this issue directly.

Posting a public response that says “we’d like to make things right” while providing no real means to do so is unacceptable. If the intent is genuinely to resolve guest issues, there should be a clear, accessible way to contact someone with authority to respond. As it stands, this feels like a canned response rather than a sincere attempt to take accountability.

We frequent the Bonefish in Snellville, but this location was closer for our friends who visited out of town. I was really worried about being able to get a last minute reservation seven people especially the day after Thanksgiving. When I called the hostess was friendly and accommodating. She was able to make a reservation for us without any problems.
I was very happy with the food and the service. Every dish had a beautiful presentation and was delicious. Our server, Anita, was absolutely wonderful. She made the entire experience more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the sharable seafood combo for two and it was very good. It might have come out a little hotter, but that did not detract from the flavor of the four selections we shared. That meal includes two sharable sides and an individual soup or salad to start. The pacing of the meal was perfect. We were not rushed, nor did we have to wait an inordinate amount of time for the next course to arrive. RJ, our server, was professional, good humored, and attentive. We started with a White Winter Cosmo from the bar, a seasonal specialty at Bonefish Grill, and it was made perfectly. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the overall experience could not have been better.

Ordered a pickup order. Somehow, THE MANAGER managed to screw it all up. We got 1 order completely wrong and a second order missing. Instead of apologizing and just trying to fix things, she was combative and adamant that SHE packed everything perfectly. I understand that people abuse the system for free food, I get it, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, but we literally spent $237 on wrong and missing items and she offered no solution, instead was combative and was certain she packed everything right. We will never order from this circus again.
