Well somewhat disappointed with service and food . Waited about 5 min to order drinks, drinks were great! Ordered food when drinks arrived , we ordered sides. You would think that would not take a long time, well over 25 mins for salad , risotto , potato’s and Mac and cheese. All other tables around us was served prior to us, and even though they had salads and other full meals ours seemed to last. Not quite sure if it’s due to our server being bartender or not, there should always be a back up helper. When I asked hostess about our food, her response was the kitchen was backed up, and how is that to be when others seated after us received their food first. Then she walked past our table without stopping by at least just to inform us they were working on it. Sadly my salad was wilted and not crispy I assume to sitting in back waiting for the other food.

I am impressed with the friendly staff. Mr. Vaughn was extra accomodating. I enjoy the food presentation and serving is just right. The food is pricey but reasonable. I like their perfect pairings esp the grilled mahi-mahi. Their side dishes is good too. Ambiance and table set up is great but I do hope for more bright lightings for brunch/lunch time.

My crab cakes were excellent! They had lots of meat and a light texture. They rival ones I've had in Baltimore's inner harbor. My husband had Bonefish Pasta with grilled salmon which he loved. We waited about 15 min. to be seated on a Friday night, which was very reasonable. Our server did well. Wish I'd taken a picture.

I felt lied to. I called ahead to confirm that dogs were allowed on the patio and that there were tables available. I also checked online.
When I arrived, a man in an apron saw my 17-year old 13 lb. sleeping dog in a stroller and told me that they can’t allow dogs on the (currently empty) patio because it’s considered part of the restaurant (implying that health codes don’t allow this). “Only service animals are allowed.” Either this person was new and misinformed or lying-simply because they didn’t want to service the patio.
It was distressing to hear someone callously turn one away. I explained what an inconvenience it was since I had checked online and called to confirm my plans. My mother, sister, and I had spent time to drive and meet there. He then interrogated me asking to whom I had spoken. I told him it was a woman. At this point he decided to allow it as a “one-time exception”. He never checked with others on the policy and certainly never came to apologize.

Walking in the door it's always a comfortable, clean atmosphere at a bonefish restaurant. This one was no exception, however, the music was not a match for the classy atmosphere. My wife and I have always enjoyed instrumental/acoustic Jazz or standards in other Bonefish restaurants since that style of music is more conducive to relaxed dining-out and conversation. The food was "good enough" as it has been almost every time. Aside from slightly wilted romain with a few browning spots and room temp broccoli everything tasted good, but not really worth the ever-inflating price. When customers are spending "the current prices" they will have high expectations. From the very low volume in-house on a Saturday night it's easy to assume that the higher prices are the main issue keeping customers away. The thicker section of the mahi was undercooked and had to be put back on the grill for a bit, but it actually tasted better from it (more char-grilled). The service (Jan) was excellent and i don't know that it could have been better! Jan was genuine and warm, and extremely professional. When a restaurant has a poised knowledgable and relational human being taking care of customers, other flaws in the experience can more easily be looked over. In large part because of Jan, my family would give this Bonefish location a future visit.
