My wife and I pick up food from Bravo weekly but tonight the burritos tasted completely off. The rice was mushy and I can't tell if it was the cheese but the taste made us both grossed out. I had to throw away our burritos which is a shame considering its something we usually look forward to each week and not to mention the money lost. The younger crew are friendly but Bravo shines with its original ladies working in the back. Tonight was a disappointment and the taste was so bad I had to brush my teeth. I'm not sure if we will be back which kind of makes me sad. Please look into this.

Kids meal portions are embarrassingly small for the price. The kids nachos was literally 4 tortilla chips. Food was bland and service was abysmal. Ground beef was so grizzly, terrible quality meat. Was not impressed in the least.

Chipotle style fast causal Mexican food. Ingredients seem pretty fresh and service line moves fairly fast, even on busy days. Portion sizes seem to have unfortunately gotten smaller over the years and prices have gone up (like all restaurants). Kids eat free on Wednesday evenings but not on Sunday like in the past.

Place was spotless, very clean and the staff was attentive in both Spanish and English. Reasonable prices, would much rather buy from these guys than chipotle or Moe's. No BS excuses if questioned, staff is happy to serve consumer what they want. Online/app orders are quickly served and placed in clear view on shelf. Dine in experience was good too, great variety to choose from.

I asked for more beans and lettuce and the lady told me they now charge extra for everything… I mean you just sprinkled less than a handful of lettuce on my bowl and when I ask for more you want to charge me extra…
