I have dined and ordered food here for years and have been pleased; however my visit today was different. I asked for more beans and lettuce and the lady told me they now charge extra for everything… I mean you just sprinkled less than a handful of lettuce on my bowl and when I ask for more you want to charge me extra…
My family and I have been going to this restaurant for many years now-we have always loved their fresh ingredients and savory delicious food. If you’re a Buford local, then you know about this place and truly can count on them for being consistently good. They also have really great catering options.
Bravo Mexican Grill has been my favorite for years. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is usually friendly and efficient - not this time. I was there on July 3 at around 2 pm, not busy at all. There was one male and one female preparing and a female on the register. The two preparing were not friendly and did not seem to be at all interested in what they were doing. The lady on the register was a little better. These three did not represent the Bravo Mexican...
