Ordered online about half an hour in advance. Took me 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru line with four cars ahead of me. When I got to the window they pulled me up and finished all the people who were in line already. Then I waited another 5 minutes for them to bring me my food. The drink was wrong, the food was ice cold, and the service was rude.

Went in and sat down to eat. They didn't give me my chicken fries. Went back to the counter. Stood and told everyone behind the counter I was missing items. Nobody did anything.

Burger King never fails to serve a good meal, no matter what location I go to. The Buford GA location we stopped at had an extremely impressive architecture I have not seen before in any fast food restaurant. I was very impressed with the building and just as pleased to find the same high quality in the food they served. I will always stand behind this franchise, regardless of what state I am in because the food is always good. The service was fast and professional as well.

They park all the drive through orders the increase their metrics but then confuse orders RIP guys i know its corporates insane asks that make you do this, but if you give corporate an inch they take a mile, you gotta push back <3

This was one of the worst Burger King I have ever went to the customer service was trash they took forever to get me and my fathers food they told us to park in the parking lot taking forever and the worst part of it all there was hair in my fries like where is your hair net I will never come here again

The estimated time was 5:09, but took extra 40 minutes when the stores completely empty. This is ridiculous, and I’m never coming back here. The cashier was nice, but come here if you want to waste your time
