i visited this location for lunch with my girlfriend, and had the best experience!!! a very sweet man named Reggie greeted us as soon as we came in, throughout our whole experience he was so kind and truly made our day better!

I tried to go through the drive-through, like I do occasionally, and usually, it’s a great experience. However, this time, when my card declined, the manager immediately accused me of not having money and insisted the issue was with my card. I showed them that I had sufficient funds in my bank account and even tried offering alternative payment methods, but I was met with irritation and blame. The girl at the window was actually trying to explain that the same thing had just happened to the customer before me, but the manager was rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he continued to insist it was my card. Frustrated, I finally just drove away—and when I went to the Arby’s nearby, my card went through with no complications. I will not return.

Best customer service. I went through the drive thru and Alex was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and even gave my daughter the Burger King crown. Her birthday just so happens to be tomorrow (2/26). He didn’t even know that. So definitely put a a smile on our face.

Google really wants me to write something about this place. Probably because I go there somewhat regularly. I stop here later in the evening when I'm short on time. It's staffed by a bunch of young folks working hard and cracking jokes. I really like going here because it reminds me of working late at Wendy's 30 years ago. I give the service 5 stars because I happen to like the night gang but it's usually not super fast. I don't mind though because you can see them working hard on drive thru orders and after 8:00 pm everything takes a bit longer.

The employees at this restaurant are really nice and helpful people. I save my points for a chocolate shake. The chocolate shake side of the machine has been down for a short while waiting on a part. A person that makes my chocolate shake sort of manually does a great job taste good. I actually think it tastes better. And I never wait for my food it is always fast and accurate.

This is hands down the best Burger King I’ve ever been to!! The employees are always in a good mood and very friendly, and always say “you rule!”. Everytime I go to the drive thru the employees are so sweet, and I’ve never had to wait for my order.
