I tried to get ice out of the machine and there wasn't any. I got my drink from the fountain, no carbonation so the drink was flat. There were no lids for my drink size. The guy apologized and said he's been out 2 days and didn't know it was out. Why didn't anyone else check? There looks like there must've been a water leak once. There are tiles with water damage. I got a breakfast meal that had a biscuit. The biscuit was hard. At other locations, it's nice and soft.

Had a great experience at this Burger King! Adri and Mike were incredibly positive, energetic, and welcoming — it’s rare to find people so nice and uplifting. Joey in the kitchen for making everything on time and per BK standards . The kid play area was a big plus and kept my son entertained, which made our visit even better. Great team and great vibes!

Ordered a Big Fish and fries. The fish didnt have any lettuce ir pickles on it. The tartar sauce was regeated into the bun. The fries were spongy and ocer salted. What happened to getting good service anymore. SUCKED
