Unprofessional and outright illegal
- With commercial food items out of stock, this location decided to implement the substitution of grocery bought items.
*** Whopper sandwich was disgusting; sopped in a sauce drenched, store bought bun, that was a pile of mush within minutes of receiving the "sandwich."

I almost gave up on store 13985 bk. There are so many new people and I been going to this location for many years but now during breakfast and lunch are train wrecks so I decided to go a few times in night and I hope that Payton girl is not a manager because every time I go she sitting on her bum doing nothing while everyone else works their tails off. so I went yesterday in the night and thank God a manager named Jenny was there. she always brightens my day because my food is always fresh as well as correct sauces and all. I never have to check my food when Jenny or Wesson is there. Those 2 managers should get a big raise and bonus. They value quality over speed bravo and I appreciate them both. I will not return nor will my family or friends unless those 2 managers are there.

No one in the dining room . Stood at register for 10 min until someone actually acknowledged us. Walked by us repeatedly without even greating us. Horrible service not friendly at all at 9:43 in the morning . Never coming here again !!!

I have to go to this location because the service in Jefferson GA is awful. If you get service in the evening you're lucky and if they're not rude it's a miracle. So infuriating. Thanks Buford BK!

I pulled up to this location at 7:45, ordered 4 ham and cheese crossiants and didn't even get my food until 8:05. Mind you nobody was in the store and nobody was in line. And to top it off my food was cold like they didn't even warm it up at all... cheese wasn't even partially melted... and to make things even worse the GENERAL MANAGER Candace was the one running the show... this whole location has turned into such trash. Only 1 person I've met recently here is even close to being Competent and I can't remember his name but he's the only guy there that's an assistant Manager. I can't even go to the general manager about complaints cuz she's part of the problem.... a message from the regional would be awesome.
