They claimed to be short staffed, so the drive thru was closed and had to go inside to order food. I got inside, and it was 3 workers (front counter, drive thru, and a cook), so I'm confused as to why they had everyone come inside to order, when they had a balanced staff. The food wasn't good, my burgers were, blah.???‍♂️

This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to… So me and my nephew went to grab something quick but I didn’t expect this type of not giving a eff… We ordered a simple Whopper meal and some cheesy tots that tasted like boxed Mac and cheese powder in a tot, I asked for everything fresh and the only things that was hot was the cheesy tots and they were double fried… I ordered the 8 piece only got 4 then when I went back to get the tots and some fresh fries, the fires were fresh and the tots were cold. The burger was also cold …. Upon going back for the fries and forgotten items they acted like we were bothering them…. Incredible…. Don’t waste your money or time with this place…

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order with only 4 cars in the drive thru total. Inside locked for the dining area. Food cold upon receipt. Will not be back to this location, and suggest anyone to choose any place else to eat.

Very young staff with what appears to be laxidasical management. I waited at the order box for 5 minutes before anyone took my order, I was asked several times to repeat it, and it was still wrong in the end. This location has some improvements to make.

Stood at the counter for five minutes, but no one took our order or acknowledged us. We were the only customers there. An employee walked behind the counter and just passed by and didn’t say a word. I figured maybe they weren’t the cashier. We ended up just leaving. The place looks very run down.

Bun was hard. Service absolutely horrible. The building was dirty and smelled bad. Once we FINALLY got our food. We took one bite and tossed everything into the trash. Didn't waste our time trying to get our money back as the staff was rude and completely clueless as to how to be professional. To bad for the owner. This place should be shut down.

This was not the best experience at a fast food restaurant. Nope, it was truly one of our worst. With economy being somewhat ? ... we do 1 family outing per month. Last night, we chose Burger King. We ordered 2# ones with no onions with cheese and extra mayo. It's not a complicated order, and it's BK. Their motto is: "At bk, have it your way." My hubby is pretty articulate. However, he had to repeat himself at least 5 times ??‍♀️... my son just wanted a #4 as is. Because the order seemed to be a shock or confusing the "MOD," my husband pulled over to check it... (The woman had repeated it back and asked if they were both the same ??‍♀️...) OK, well! neither had cheese, and one had onions. WHAT? I didn't go inside my hubby, did. He said the MOD said, "I got it," and never apologized. However, the young man, at the front, bagging the food. He apologized several times. I didn't eat my burger, so this is what my hubby said "Bae this burger is cold." He heated it up. Then said "Bae, this burger is still not good."? The best thing about this is outing ? is my son's order was good or etible, and this was an unforgettable experience.My advice is if you're craving a burger ? do NOT go to BK.35$ Later, I could've bought groceries with that cash? our kid eats like a machine... ??‍♀️

We took one bite, luckily it was a gift card. We threw our food away , the place is digusting. The soda machine was broken down no tag no nothing. It was sticky all over , the burger buns were HARD!0 stars what a garbage

Wrapping a single chicken nugget with a tortilla is not a wrap. This location is close to where I work and would be convenient for lunch, except for how something is always wrong. But this is intentionally screwing over your customers just so you can cut costs.
