This is normally my go-to location since I'm the closest to it, but I think after tonight I'm done coming here and will go to a different location instead.
I absolutely love Cava, and the food never disappoints - but this location I've had the most problems at.
You would think a location in a busy city would have constant stock on their items, but they don't. Either that, or they just don't care enough to restock after a certain time.
When I'm there in the afternoon, stock is fine, but if I decide I want Cava for dinner after work (7pm), they're out of the main things I want. They are supposed to be closed at 10:30, why are they 'out' 3 hours in advance? Of the MAIN things people ask for? This has happened twice to me now, and I just can't justify coming back. Even if I DID just come in the afternoon. I've just been let down both times I just wanted a nice meal after work.
Customer Service could be way better, half the teens working there do not care. They usually always look bored, or they do things begrudgingly. Wait time kind of just depends, I'm never in a rush to get my food and don't mind the wait/never pay attention to the wait, so I'm not the best feedback in that regard, but judging by other reviews - it could be much faster.
Even if this location is closest to me, I will be taking the extra couple of minutes to go to the Duluth location because the service is much better there, and they will still have everything you're looking for at 10pm! I'd avoid this location as much as possible and save a bad experience by driving a couple of miles further for a better quality time, I promise it's worth it!
