The food was good, I ordered the Baconzilla, with regular seasoned fries, we asked for the funnel fries but they were out, so that’s why 4 stars and nit 5. It’s a weekday and the Mall is.M not busy, they should have more of those fries to last a business day. Other than that I will eat here again.

The worst staff ever! I had a horrible experience with the cashier at Checkers - Mall of Georgia on Oct 2nd, 2021! He was so unprofessional, he didnt answer our questions about the meals in an appropriate way, he was very careless and when we paid, he threw the receipt to my husband in a very disrespectful way! we were shocked because we were very nice to him and we did nothing wrong, but he was already frustrated when we got there, but its not our problem, we deserve a proper service as customers! I asked him if we did anything wrong to him, he shook his head and ignored me! I asked for his manager, he lied to us pointing to his cashier colleague as the manager, we asked his colleague if he was really the manager, he said No! And no one called the manager. We canceled our order, and not a single one of the staff tried to say anything or fix the situation, although there was no customers waiting except us, so they were not busy! I will never go to checkers again; what happened was so unacceptable and so unprofessional!

I am a Uber eats driver went there for a delivery order and was told they don’t do Uber eats and he already called the customer to cancel the order funny if you don’t do Uber eats how the heck did you even have the customer contact information anyway the dude at front has this nasty attitude will never go there buy anything anymore should be zero stars if possible

Horrible experience at this Checker’s. The cashier at the front could not have been ruder… he repeatedly interrupted me and would not let me complete my order. When I finally was able to tell him what I wanted, he had already ended the transaction and told me I should have told him sooner.

I love checkers food but this location is horrible in the food court. I had to repeat my order 3 times and the guy still didnt get it. Then they messed up the order and i had to go back and then they messed it up again and gave me burnt fries. Never had such bad food from a great place.

I order XL size fries and what I got is about medium size of fries from McDonald or less... costing me almost $5 and it ain’t worth the money. Extremely disappointed at this place.

Our son did a survey to get a free burger, on completing the survey he was sent a code to get a free burger, on asking the cashier he refused to give the free burger citing the manager was not around, what a crock of nonsense, he was the manager who refused to give us the free burger and only said stuff to run us away as the code will not be valid the next time we come to the mall

Just visited checkers with their re grand opening! They have done a remodel and it looks clean and beautiful! Service was fast and the food hot and tasty! The new owners have done a great job!

Employee at the counter said zero words. I asked for light ice but seemed to receive a full cup of ice. Spicy chicken patty was small, slightly bigger than half the bun. For the same price I paid for two meals here could've eaten at any other spot in the food court and received a larger, more satisfying meal.

I just tried to use an official coupon from Checkers and they did not allow me to. The cashier (who has been in the phone with a friend for the last 10 minutes) said that only the owner could redeem them and he was not there today. SCAM!!!!
