We had an excellent experience with Malik and Savannah during our visit to the Buford location. We were in a bit of a hurry, heading out for a 10-hour trip to visit family, and unfortunately, we forgot to check our bag and realized something was missing. We returned to the window, and Malik and Savannah were extremely helpful and resourceful, making sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their assistance made a big difference and really eased our stress.

Consistent experience with other chikfila, but they do NOT have a kid's playground anymore. Google listing still says they have a playground and we were caught off guard and my 4yo cried for several minutes.

My mom ordered our meal on the anpp and when we sat down there were fly strips on the window next to our table as well as the other tables. It was so nasty and I wanted to leave but my mom made us eat here!
