This is the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. It took 30 minutes to get from order to delivery. And wasn’t even packed at 4:45pm. I won’t be back to this location if I can help it. Also, $10 for 3 chicken tenders and a sunjoy! Prices are too high.

My whole entire order was wrong asked for no cheese and no egg on my chicken muffin And I received only cheese and egg. Not Happy when i got to wk and got ready to eat it. So needless to say i threw it away. My 4 ct minis were missing 3 yes I only had one in box. Course I ate it before I snaped a picture of my muffin. Happy Monday All

I asked if they can wear gloves to give me my ice cream cone and they seemed upset/annoyed over just a simple request that is common sense. And the asked me to pull up and it made me feel like they didn’t want me to see if they did it or not!

There’s no signage anywhere that underlines the fact that this location is inside the mall. Y’all need to put a chill fil a on the exit. I’m driving back home to North Carolina and do not feel like getting out of the car to go into a mall at 9:46 AM. Build a Chick-fil-A on the exit or at least let people know that it’s inside the mall before they get there. chicken already got 48 ingredients in it. The least you can do is let us get heart disease without stressing.

I expect better from Chic Fil-A. Called a this morning about a complaint and was completely dismissed by the I assume customer service agent about my complaint. I ordered over $100 worth of food and had half of the items missing.The agent told me I needed to take it up with someone else. What happened to MY PLEASURE?
