Chicken was good, waffle fries good, drinks good but the buns crumbled and fell apart. That usually means that the bread is OLD! As high as the prices are I shouldn't have to use a fork to eat a sandwich!

This is an absolute disgrace to the chick fil a brand. This is the second time they have messed up an order (once for a Doordash delivery and now a pickup order). I showed up in person both times to request they fulfill the order correctly. All you are met with is questions and disdain. They have 0 shame or remorse for taking up your time or for the fact that customer service is non-existent here.

They are the SLOWEST restaurant when it comes to getting orders out. I would NOT recommend patronizing this place. Make the extra 10 minute drive to go to the location in Suwanee or at the Mall of GA.

Tried and tried to give this location chances. Leadership help needed. Food quality is NOT CFA standard! Service , well not with a smile, not a CFA standard. Speed of drive thru needs help. I’ve tried both mobile and non mobile ordering. I usually wait longer in mobile order line even if there are no cars in front . The walk up area get crowded and confusing. Many Door Dashers think they have priority and just walk in front of everyone, park in handicap. Bathrooms are not always clean to CFA standards. I’m not a fan of this location - I’ll use Moore Rd or the Mall vs. here

Pretty slow service based on the number of people working. Guy taking drive thru orders was awesome. Staff at pick up super social and not friendly when personal conversations were interrupted, due that fact I could literally read my name on the order sitting on the counter just inside the door. Do better!

The only seating is outside. When we asked if we could have the tables cleaned because they were filthy, they handed us a sanitizer wipe.
