Don’t waste your time in the morning at this location, waited over 20 plus minutes, late for school and late for work. Unapologetic staff. Stay away…….smh.

The fact that I have time to sit in the drive-thru and type this should tell you all you need to know about this disaster of a chick fil a. Worst I have ever seen! I’ve been waiting over half an hour and still haven’t gotten my food. Avoid this place.

This location needs some work. There are two lanes: one mobile thru (already ordered) and one drive thru (people order ok cool). How are we going to allow people to just wait for more than 15min in either line.
I watched the person running food to the cars in both lanes but there was absolutely ZERO order. The poor car in front of me waited even longer than I did. I even saw someone four cars behind me get their food before the two in front of me received theirs.
Also why are there THREE people taking orders in the single drive thru lane but ONE person running food to all the cars out of order for two lanes?
None of the structure makes sense and it’s incredibly infuriating.

Been here a few times, always spend 25+ minutes in the drive thru and my order has been wrong 2/3 times I’ve gone. The staff is rude as well.

Basically a drive thru store only. Has a pickup order window. Very cool! So glad we have one close to Buford school now

I advise everyone not to go to this location because there are no places to sit... I had a 30 minute lunch break and went to this location and I wasted my time so do not take your children and friends
I personally don’t understand how you can be a drive-through only restaurant but lack the foundations of being fast whatsoever. In all honesty it sucks that a dine in Chick-fil-A is faster than just a Chick-fil-A drive-through restaurant standalone.
I placed my order on the app and when I arrived it took 20 minutes just to get through the line, Don’t even waste your time going here. The speed of service, The quality of their food, In just the overall design system is very flawed.

Their mobile drive-thru is the most inefficient system I’ve ever encountered. The food is delivered randomly, not in the order of cars, so you're stuck waiting for those in front of you to receive their orders. This can take up to 20 minutes, leaving you feeling trapped in line. I’ve never experienced a Chick-fil-A this bad.
I have been to hundreds of Chick-fil-As and this is without a doubt the worst ever. I gave them the benefit of the doubt spending about 20 minutes going through the drive through shortly after their opening. But today on my 3rd visit I went to the walk up. Employees don’t seem to know what they are doing. The customers in front of us ordered food and 3 cones. 10 minutes later their food came out and then one cone was sent out every 2 minutes by the single employee brining food out. There was 10 customers waiting for food, some walk up’s and some online orders. We were there for over 20 minutes to get a #1, a #2 some grilled nuggets and a fruit cup. I can’t fathom a Chick-fil-A being this poorly run. Employees were sanding around but nobody seemed to be doing anything. This is sad for a company that operates the most efficient fast food business in the country. Seriously amateur hour here in Buford.

Morally can't give chickfila more than one star, since they actively don't want me to exist, but
I used a card for a free 8 ct of nuggets
The employees were super kind, I got my food pretty quick. Service was great.
The parking lot is poorly laid out and I feel like there aren't enough drive-through considering there's no dine-in.
Some of y'all need to understand that fast food places are ALWAYS a mess at the beginning. It's not the employees' faults and they don't get paid a liveable wage and are working a job where they're slammed and there's probably a million people complaining.

I was wondering why this location had 1.9 stars…then I got here and understood. This place seems like one of Chick-fil-A’s few failed experiments…choose a different location to save yourself the trouble.

You have wait outside in the cold
On February 11 at 11:26AM, I had an unpleasant experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru. The service was disappointing, which is not what I typically expect from the brand.
The staff member (two girls)I interacted with seemed rushed and uninterested in providing the usual warm and friendly service that Chick-fil-A is known for. I wasn’t greeted with the usual enthusiasm, and the tone was quite curt when I placed my order letting me they would take my rewards order at the end due to it being busy. When I asked for clarification about a menu item, the response felt dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but it certainly left a negative impression.
