Yes, they have some service issues. However, I gave them another chance last week and the food and service were great! I truly believe they will get the line moving more smoothly as the new employees get their groove. For now, I suggest placing a mobile order.

First things first this new location in Buford is not like a typical Chick Fil A location in that it doesn't have an interior dine in seating area (but they have several seats and tables outside which should be nice when the weather improves) and there is no children play area. I've heard mixed reviews about this place so I kept frequenting the chick fil a location in Sugar Hill but I discovered that this location is so much closer to our home and hoped they had worked...
