If I could give zero stars I would. I spent $35 to get a smokehouse combo to go. They said they’ll text me when it’s done. I waited in my truck 40ish min, finally went inside and they said sorry.. my food was freezing cold but not only that poorly made… not to mention, this was my birthday meal I was looking forward to. Never will go back here.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. It’s always busy, so I assumed the food would be good — and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything I ordered was very satisfying.
One small disappointment, which I’m sure was just a mistake, was that I was charged for the house-made guacamole but never received it. Since it was a pickup order, I didn’t want to drive back, so I just ate without it.
Aside from that, all the food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and delicious.

We just love chilis. The staff is always friendly. The drinks and food come out so quickly every time. We also love the fact that you can just pay at the table when you’re done. So you don’t have to wait for the check. It’s the little things for us.

Poor consistency in food quality and portion size especially with to-go and delivery orders. The staff you speak with one the phone are not knowledgeable & seem uneducated. This is my last response to the Chili's follow up survey I received.
The side salad I received was extremely under-portioned—just a few pieces of lettuce, about ¼ the size of a typical Chili’s To-Go salad. For $5.69, this felt unacceptable, especially when children’s meals offer 3x the portion and include protein for only slightly more. I usually order the Quesadilla Explosion Salad, but after recent issues, I opted for something simpler. Sadly, even the side salad missed the mark. Please review portion consistency for delivery orders.
Probably won't be back.

We had an amazing first time at Chilis! We came in at 9:30pm, not knowing what to expect. But, we were pleasantly surprised at how fast and delicious our food was. Ben was an amazing server and was quite attentive. We will be returning SOON!
