Some friends and myself decided to take the kiddos to lunch at chilis today and received some of the worst service today. Being a server myself, I understand that things do happen but this was just disappointing. We were promptly greeted at the table, never received the name of our serve. We put drinks and the kid meals in first, they were hungry. Once drinks came back out we went ahead and ordered a couple of appetizers and each a meal. The kids food came out, we expected the apps and a salad shortly after. 20-30 minutes we’re still waiting and our server is cleaning up some tables, I assume waiting on our food to finish up. She goes to the kitchen and walks back with a confused look on her face, saying something had happened with our order and it was never put in (despite the tablets being used at the table as we tell it to her) we tell her our order again and it goes through this time, we get it in the average ticket time for those items. Once delivered, she never came back to refill drinks or bring sauces that we had ordered with everything or to even ask if the food was okay. About 30 minutes later another server walks over telling us that ours had to leave and that she was sorry. No manager ever came to apologize or check on us. It wasn’t busy at all. Like this wasn’t just bad service- this was the worst service.

Super clean and friendly! Our server Jackie was wonderful. Recommended a super yummy margarita and later found out she was from NY and had friends outside our hometown. Super sweet and attentive. Even brought a refill without asking.
Mozzarella sticks were delish - I can see why everyone raves! And they had that good ranch dipping sauce.

Food was ok. Got ribs, the meat fell of the bone but was bone dry. French fries were decent. Otherwise meal was so so. It was noisy and waitress was not very attentive.

Food was delicious. Janelis was my server and was perfect. Friendly, helpful, timely. Great dining experience.
Fastest service I have received in years. Appetizer and drinks were served in less than a minute, and while we were eating, our main course was served. The food was hot and plentiful. While we were eating, the waitress appeared and asked if there was anything else she could get for us after bringing me another drink refill. I had a serving box brought to the table as there was a large amount of food left. I tipped handsomely and thanked the waitress for her service, attention to detail, and attentiveness. I will return again soon.

Chilis is best place to go when the family needs to eat and everyone has a different idea of their cravings. Burgers and Chicken entrees have always been good. Service staff is helpful and very responsive. Drinks are great too.

I didn’t have the opportunity to eat anything because after sitting for 20 minutes no one ever came to the table to take our order, say hi, do you want a drink, nothing. The waiters were just standing in the back talking. As we were leaving the hostess said, y’all have a good day. Not why are you leaving? Was everything ok? Everyone just seemed clueless.
