Had a great experience Saturday 3/9/24 The food was awesome and even better our Waitress Danielle was fabulous. She was very professional and gave us 5 star service. Highly recommend this Chili's ask for Danielle!!

We went about an hour after they opened and our waitress only came to our table 1 time. A gentleman from the kitchen did everything perfect when we asked and he got the tip instead of our waitress. The one time she did come, she brought me coffee and NO SPOON, even after she left sugar and cream. She asked when I ordered the coffee if I needed sugar and cream and I said sugar only - but brought cream and NO SPOON. I've never wanted to move out of someone's area so bad....
We just wanted to acknowledge that we had great service from our server RACHEL . She was very nice and attentive. She was on point from the time we got there until we completed our meal.She deserves 5 stars but the place itself gets 3 just for needing a little more attention to cleaning up the floors in there.

This was my delivery order;1. Triple Dipper™• Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers® ∙ Honey-Mustard• Southwestern Eggrolls• Southwestern Eggrolls(The chicken was dry in some areas missing the sauce, which is why I chose this choice. No honey mustard as asked. And, I also requested plastic wares and none was delivered in the bag. This is the second time I’ve had this happen from this same location. Won’t be using this location again). Delivery was fine.

Service was awesome today! Loved my meal! The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a quiet atmosphere. That music that is piped into restaurants and stores makes me nuts, but it is all over and I can't avoid it.

He is a great server and always is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.If you like Chilis, this is a very nice locationWheelchair accessibility: Easy parking for wheelchair accessibility as well as seating at tables. Plenty of parking right in front of entrance

My mom and myself have been to her doctor she said 79 about to go out to lunch it was very good great service we enjoyed it!Kid-friendliness: I have two granddaughters one is seven and one two star 14 I have taken them to the chilies and coming to Georgia they loved it!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom doesn't have a wheelchair but she does have a handicap sticker it was very cold and windy that day so thankful she didn't have to walk far.
