In comparison to their other stores, they don't carry enough turkey products as alternatives. I.e. Ballpark hotdogs (not the smoked white ones they carry). Turkey meatballs, Italian turkey sausage... just to name a few.

Food was just ok , my wife ordered steak medium rare , and was 2 seconds from well done , potato soup was cold and the potato's in it hard . We had a 25 gift card that they acted like they didn't wanna take . Then took 35 mins to get them to figure out how to take my bank card because their machines not working right .Get the manager and she had piss poor attitude, The cost of our food 171 dollars.Then told my daughter she had to use her bday gift card for dessert next time instead of this time .The worst attitude of a manager I've ever seen . Don't recommend going there and I never will again. Needs new manager and cook . The ribs were good or I would say it all sucked . Went here because my daughter wanted it for her birthday , and yall totally ruined it thanks alot !!!

Don’t do it. I read the other review about hair in food before I went in. Almost left, but guess what? A long black hair in my food after my prior two orders were wrong/old. After total 3 issues, I was still charged for one of the meals. Manager response was, “I thought the kitchen was doing better but I guess not.” Never again…

I've lived near this location for 6 years. My family has spent thousands of dollars at this location. Today, that all ends today because of bartender with personal issues. My son and I visited this location tonight. We sat the bar so I could order a drink and meals. The bartender with the attitude told us we couldn't order food. To go to the "to go" area. This then bothered me because patrons order food at the bar daily. He refused to take the order. My son ordered with the lady at the to go counter who told him there's no reason we couldn't order at the bar. I asked the bartender if he had a problem with us. He told the manager we threatened to fight him. Which was a lie and should've required the authorities if it was true. The manager was professional, so was the young lady who took the order. However, it's not enough to make me not simply start going to Chilli's on Hamilton Mill. The lack of respect doesn't go unnoticed. That I'm aware of because I franchise 12 restaurants.

My daughter and I came to the Buford location today. My daughter had a hair cooked into her burger. We understood things happen, but then they did not want to wait on us. Didn't refill drinks, they didn't come check on our table at all. They acted like they did not want us there at all. Very disappointed, will never visit Buford location again. And will advise others we know not to.

Let me get this review started by clearing up one thing. Yes, dad. I'm alive. You might have further questions about why I faked my death, but this is not the place for those. This is a Chili's review. So let's get into it. I was greeted by this handsome young man at the front, and he showed me to my table. About 2 minutes and 15 seconds later, 3 brolic men approached, demanding that I take my shirt off immediately. I shot a quick glance back at Tanner, and he seemed to pick up exactly what was happening immediately. Before the men could violate me, Tanner stepped in and politely, but firmly, asked them what they were doing. I gripped my spoon tighter. Tanner's very large stature and overall masculine presence scared the men off immediately. After that, we didn't say another word to each other, just exchanged knowing glances. Tanner had saved my life. I went on to order some french onion soup, and it was delivered to me swiftly. Perhaps, too swiftly. I could see the steam from the soup rise up to the ceiling and cause condensation that would drip back onto the floor. This soup was hot. That same spoon that I had used earlier as a safety blanket to protect me from those men, had turned into my ultimate demise. I took a large scoop of soup, and deposited the floor of the spoon onto my tounge, and started adding suction until the soup had completely left the spoon and entered my mouth. YEEEOWCH!!!! I had unwittingly drinken the soup before it had cooled fully! The soup had started to seep into the crevices and cracks of the human mouth. But I wasn't worried. Tanner was in the same building as me. I was safe. Tanner wrenched my jaw open and spit a cool stream of saliva into my mouth until I was properly cooled off. He did this continuously for 3 minutes until I was back to my old self. The soup sucked.

I love a bright red warm interior juicy Ribeye - Ordered a rare ribeye that was served to me visually grey(!!), soggy, crustless, and purple inside. Sent back, received the same steak back.. still well short of rare - ALMOST a crust. Still inedible/gross. Cold, purple interior.
Received the same piece of meat back a third time that was so difficult to chew I literally spat most of it out. Zero seasoning on it, at all. The "garlic butter" was the only flavor, and it tasted like grease. The fat was chewy/unrendered, and it was flat out embarrassing to our server who couldn't apologize enough.
Don't order a steak. It was quite clearly a frozen steak they tried to either microwave-and-sear, or the lowest quality beef conceivably purchasable. It was not only disgusting visually, but it was unsafe to eat.
Half way through service a table of 3 high school boys were seated in our area who were literally yelling/clapping while watching videos on their phones at max volume. Other customers were loudly discussing how the kids needed to stop and nobody from Chili's spoke to them.
The single saving grace was our server could not apologize enough for how disgusting the meat was. She was not responsible for the kitchen/cook's complete inability to use a meat thermometer or salt/pepper - but good gracious she tried to apologize. Super friendly, super kind. Hope she goes far.

I ordered ack beean burger and street corn. The corn was like it was tsken off someone elses plate they were throwing away n reheat. Nasty I then got asparagus and that was delicious. Luckily my son checked the bill they tried charging for the nasty corn and something else. The server was so pleasant.

The Chili's at Mall of GA was on point. The Rancher Burger is delicious and huge for the price. Our server was very nice and attentive and gave us great service. Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well.
