This location has very entitled and snobby employees, this girl needs to be fired .. picture in comment
Would be much better if they didn't play strip club style music in an effort to make you eat faster to push you out the door.

I feel bad for the workers here. The line can be wrapped around and out the door and they only have 2 people making food. Idk what goes on behind closed doors but I personally think this place is ran efficiently

I doordashed a bowl and it was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed and they changed my driver. Another 30 minutes passed and the driver texted me saying that the chipotle workers said the food had already been taken and they wouldn’t make another one. They said the were making another and then 1 more hour passed and they said the order was cancelled. I was still charged with the order and had to contact doordash to get my money back.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. When I tried to add corn and lettuce to my order, I was told they were unavailable because they had to be kept at a certain temperature. However, this was only mentioned after I had already placed my order and paid. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. The lack of communication was frustrating, and this was the worst Chipotle location I’ve visited.

This place is terrible… I try and give it grace bc it’s usually just the general inability to wrap burritos but today I found a MOLDY TOMATO in my pico! For context I used to go in here often and the employees are (mostly) completely unable to take directions, which doesn’t give me much hope that the back of the house is doing well. The moldy tomato really cements it for me. Just don’t go here… they really need to get their stuff together.

The parking is extremely tight, however no complaints on the food. The portion size is great, the customer service as well. The only Chipotle within the area I’ll continue to visit.

and a minimum of protein and as a complement they get upset and make bad faces at you for expressing their dissatisfaction with the amount of protein chosen.

So basically
1. They need to stay on top of food that they’re out of it, because they didn’t have chicken, fajitas, or barely any beans when I showed up.
2. The kitchen is a mess: the counter is not wiped down periodically (I can tell) and the ingredients are getting mixed due to neglect and uncleanliness.
3. Someone needs to be tending dining area more frequently, too many dirty tables. I even saw a review where the trash can had a mountain of trash waiting to be tended to.
4. Service needs to be faster and more authoritative. Get people in, get people out (it goes back to having ingredients ready) but the severs need to step up and ask questions, not just sit back and wait for me to tell them I’m ready to order.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Management here is so bad, food and their drinks always tastes off, skimps out on portions, and rude workers that clearly do not care at all. Don’t come here.

I’m beyond frustrated with Chipotle’s portion sizes, especially with takeout orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue, but it’s getting worse. I ordered takeout expecting a full bowl, only to open the container and find barely any protein or toppings. It’s like they’re rationing every scoop, and for the price, that’s unacceptable. If I wanted half a meal, I wouldn’t be paying full price. I’m tired of being disappointed every time—if this keeps up, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
