This Chipotle used to be my go-to spot, but lately the experience has gone downhill. I’ve repeatedly seen food being handled recklessly by employees in ways that are unsanitary, including clear cross-contamination from rushing — even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
The dining area is consistently dirty, with trash overflowing, which only adds to the overall lack of cleanliness. On top of that, food is rarely ready. Almost every visit I’ve had to wait for items to be cooked, not because they were sold out, but due to poor preparation and lack of urgency.
This location seriously needs better management, cleanliness standards, and attention to food safety.

Walked in and things were all good until she came to the bar mid conversation (phone to ear) puts her hand right in my burrito… literally moved the rice and chicken on my burrito to the middle with her hands…. no fresh gloves just the same gloves she likely used to answer her phone. I was actively asking her to change her gloves as she touched my burrito however she was deep into conversation before she realized and changed her gloves afterwards…. and had an attitude about it. The young men working with her were super nice though !

first time trying chipotle and wanted to give it a try after hearing about everything happening, id say rumors are true!!! the portions are so small i was barely able to get any chicken compared to moes. the girl literally had chicken still in the spoon when she was putting it in my bowl. and i had to ask for more LETTUCE bc the girl literally put the smallest handful. eating it right now, im eating more rice rather than actual protein. paid $17 only for rice?????? yeah i’m never coming back. support the actual small businesses guys!!!!!!!!!

Ordered food. Got sick in traffic due to a wreck. Tried to call to let them know it was gonna take me 20 min to go 2 miles. Their automated system refused to let me speak with anyone. They need a better system.

Split a bowl with the wife. Had a coupon for double protein. The carne asada looked NOTHING like the commercial. Was very tough and not flavorful at all. The guy scraped the bottom of the chicken and did not offer to get fresh chicken. Really small eating space and cold. So save your time and skip this one.
Food was okay , service was very disappointing very young lady got with a very ugly responding attitude just because I asked her to put one bowl in a separate bag hate to see workers in a bad attitude Especially when we’re being all happy and nice , atmosphere looked dirty

I have been coming here for a bit now. I got half as much meat as I usually get, they were out of lettuce and the tomatoes. They said they were not allowed to take off the drive through side. I would have lefty entire meal on the counter, but my daughter really wanted to eat there and she begged me not to cause a scene.

Guacamole had no flavor or consistency as the other locations, especially down the street! Staff aren’t friendly! Only the cashier was friendly! Overall, I have yet to have a great experience at this location. I rarely eat at this location (Maybe once or twice yearly) and it’s always a disappointment!!
