I have been coming here for a bit now. I got half as much meat as I usually get, they were out of lettuce and the tomatoes. They said they were not allowed to take off the drive through side. I would have lefty entire meal on the counter, but my daughter really wanted to eat there and she begged me not to cause a scene.

This is one of the worst locations of chipotle. Always messy and food taste bland!! Do not come here

Guacamole had no flavor or consistency as the other locations, especially down the street! Staff aren’t friendly! Only the cashier was friendly! Overall, I have yet to have a great experience at this location. I rarely eat at this location (Maybe once or twice yearly) and it’s always a disappointment!!

What has happened to Chipolte. Selling chips that has been cooked days ago and are so hard they almost broke one of my teeth. Corn was in the sour cream before it was put on my bow (disgusting). The entire store looks rather filthy. This was my first time in this particular store in a while. Next time I will definitely follow my mind and take my business elsewhere. I'd rather pay more money for better quality.

Customers that come in an hour before closed should have the same level of service and options. I watched the lady in front od us walk out and honestly I wish we did as well. No Steak, the rice didnt taste done (kinda hard), No pico, no veggies. And honestly what made me annoyed was when I asked if we can check the togo side for the toppings and was told that they were also out, however I was watching the togo person make orders with pico!! I understand it takes a long time to close down a kitchen, but this happens too frequently...I walked in at
950. I could understand if it was 1030.

They took 30 minutes on top of pickup time to deliver my order. No employee went up to me during this time to ask for my order name just stared at me and looked away. It was on the oven machine the whole time and I had to look at it for the whole 30 minutes knowing my food was getting cold the whole time. Insane.

Rice is under cooked and stale I got guac and I had almost a whole half thrown in there not smushed , chips were stale , no lids. Store sign says they close at 11 I got my food at 9 they said they only had brown rice and chicken as we’re paying for the food they bring out two containers of white rice :( . Food quality has been bad recently. What a waste of $50 should’ve gone to Dave’s hot chicken .

Never getting chipotle again. I got gastroenteritis from chipotle over a month ago. Had to go to urgent care. So now I’m not only out the 14$ of the bowl but also 70$ for my urgent care bill. Contacted support. No response. I decided I would just use the points I have to get a kids quesadilla so I can finally be done with chipotle. Waited for a while for someone to come to the window to hand me my order. Then I received the most smashed quesadilla ever. I couldn’t even peel it off the foil to eat it. I’m sure support still won’t do anything considering my previous experience. Maybe it was God preventing me from another round of gastroenteritis.

Even though it was within an hour of closing we got fresh food. They were out of something and got a new container in order to serve me. The only negative is that it was dirty. The trash was over flowing. However as soon as there was a break in the line they begin to come and clean everything.

Service was slow. They mixed my order up with the one behind me and didn't seem bothered about it. I had to take all of my items out of the wrong order. I left one chipotle to come to this one. But this one is struggled. You have to do better.

The food is not up to typical Chipotle standards. Ive watched front line workers drag a dirty rag across the counter letting all the crumbs fall into the food. They will charge you for double chicken even if you don’t order it. They expect you to say your whole order up front but will ask you 800 times what else you want before you even finish listing the first thing. The manager has the worst attitude of them all but in general the whole staff hates working here and makes sure you feel like it’s your fault. Don’t even bother telling the manager what you see being done to the food because she just gets an attitude and rolls her eyes. Youre better off going to Moe’s down the street!

Another restaurant opened next door and had a 2 hour wait so we came here. They were dead. For a place with 6 employee hanging out it was dirty, food wasn't fresh. You can taste it was made awhile ago.
