Bad customer service and very dirty. It took 4 minutes for a server to attend to me and I was the only customer at the time when there was 5 people working at that time. And behind the counter I saw so much trash on the floor

Portions were horrible you pay a lot for this food and they give you a spoonful of the meat and half of it falls off the spoon and they look at u funny when you say something plus they don't cut out the parts with the fat so you may just get a spoonful of fat. I pain 20$ for a brown with extra meat I feel like I should of just went to a restaurant instead

Gave barely any meat, and the staff seemed annoyed! One of the staff members said under their breath "I don't get paid enough to work here" when I asked for corn. He said they were out but I saw a huge tub behind him so I mentioned it.

9pm on a Friday night, they are out of cheese and pico so I roll with the punches and say just put queso on it instead. I go to the register and they try to charge me for the queso. I say but you’re out of cheese, they say they must charge me for the queso. Really? I just walked out. Place was really dirty also.

Not very friendly staff even though the food is good. This place needs better upkeeping,Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired for. The fountain drink & aguas frescas station not clean at all. A few of the tables werw not cleaned even though is was not a busy time of the day.
Their chicken will always be undercooked. Not tasty compared to other chipotle'

I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent workers. I ordered a vegetarian bowl Online. Yesterday 2/11/24- I did the pick up order through the app. Upon arrival the workers were already rude and short- brained. I told the Gentlemen my name and he rolled his eyes and handed me my order.First off, he forgot the chips clearly stated on the bag. When i waved to let him know, he opened the window rudely. Then proceeded to hand me a bag with about 10 chips in them. After this I just drove off defeated and confident the bag labeled with MY NAME had MY FOOD.Upon eating the entree I quickly noticed this wasn't my bowl. They have me Barbacoa instead of sofritas. I have been a vegetarian for about five years now. I got very sick. The employees here simply DGAF about the customers who are paying $20 for a wrong bowl?? I need this management to hit me up at soon as possible. I am not a happy customer!!! This location is a sad excuse for an establishment.sincerely,A sick customer.
