EXCELLENT BBQ! I Stopped by for a quick lunch. Being a huge bbq connoisseur, I enjoy going to every bbq place i can find around North GA. Tom was smoking the brisket at this location and it absolutely is the best brisket ive had! Tender and juicy, with great seasoned flavor. Most places that claim to have good bbq just have dry brisket. I also got some pulled pork, smoked turkey, and smoked sausage. The pork was good, and the seasoning added a nice flavor. The turkey was great! I expected it to be dry and it was also tender and moist. The smoked sausage i expected to be spicy, as is most, and its not very spicy, but also not overly juicy like most. Lastly i got the banana pudding which comes topped with a caramel glaze and some cinnamon whipped cream. Excellent dessert! 10/10 recommend City BBQ in Buford!

While at Mule Camp in Gainesville my wife and I shared a brisket sandwich, mac & cheese, and baked beans. The brisket was outstanding!!! The Mac & Cheese was even better and those beans!! We can't wait to drive to City Barbeque!!!

Amazing fresh food. I'm a Georgia boy and I know good bbq and I was impressed. The bbq was perfect with nothing on it. Cooked just right and tasty. The sauces were all good as I tried them all. The collard greens was better than mama. The baked beans were great. But, most of all, the service at the counter (Taylor) and the cook (Jaylon) were truly the best people I've seen in a long time with a smile, personal and truly cared about City Barbeque and made me want to make your BBQ place a CHEERS place to go.

Always on point! For reliable bbq in a nice & clean setting, City BBQ is the place We typically go to the John’s Creek location, but was closer to the Buford one. It did not disappoint!
