took so long. Waiters had hands in their mouths RUBBING THEIR TEETH. NO gloves. horrible service. tables were not cleaned and had to wait 5 minutes for table to be cleaned on a slow day. Manager standing around on his phone while store is dirty. unprofessional.

First time at the Barrel! Loved it! The service was good, food hot and plentiful. Prices looked competitive.
The place had a great feel about it even though it was crowded.
It's how I always imagined an American country restaurant to be.

This location needs a total management rehaul. What’s the point of a “to go” order when it takes an hour for the food to be ready? The girl told us 20 minutes, so we arrive after 20 minutes and had to wait 40 minutes for the food. Absolutely ridiculous for mediocre southern food and I will never return to another Cracker Barrel. I’d rather spend my money and time at a business that knows how to operate.

Server was very pushy, rude, took a long time to bring out drinks, food was dry, could barley hear her and she didn’t really check on us as much as a server should ( from personal experience). Her name Alecia is and from my serving experience I really feel like she could use more training and needs to be way more confident. Had to ask manager for 2 refills while my mom was waiting the whole time for a refill
