My husband and I came to this restaurant just to try it out because the food look appetizing. One of the workers greeted us and told us to have a seat at the table. Long story short we waited for about 20 minutes no one ever came to take our order, but instead looked over us and tended to the Korean family as well as the white people in there. Now this is very unacceptable, I even waved my hand and said we are ready to order, no one came. My husband and I like to tip nice, but we didn’t even get to order our damn food. We could have been rude as heck and said something crazy but we let it go. Never again will we come here. It wasn’t even busy in there for no one to not come and take our order. 😒😒😒.

Tasty food and drinks. Portions are great too, only thing I couldn’t find a bit upsetting or confusing is the service I’m not sure if they provide refills on fountain drinks or if they come to ask if the food was good but they didn’t come once after the food had arrived to ask if we needed refills or if our order was correct. I would try to wave down the young servers at the counter but it seemed like we made eye contact and they would continue to converse amongst themselves. I think that’s the only take away from my experience. Otherwise food is amazing good fusion restaurant.

Food is just ok. Quality has gone down dramatically since last time I was here. I had tuna kimbop and it’s machine made and was not that flavorful. Fish cake in the soup tasted old (freezer taste) Also had 4 pieces lunch special, the rice was so buttery, some of the drumsticks were size of wings Men’s restroom didn’t have paper towels or air hand driver They had toothpick holder but didn’t have any toothpicks On and on.. They need some more competition in this area so food quality will improve

You order and pay before you get to your table. This makes it so the staff does not need to provide good service in order to earn a tip because the tip either already was paid(for some reason) or was not. The food was ok but a bit overpriced, but the serving sizes were pretty big. It was very loud inside, although there weren't many people inside.

Worst Korean food I ever tried! Korean BBQ pork and Bolgogi omurice dosen't taset like actual korean food. Both tastes salty and old. I won't go back again.
