Yeah so apparently Dunkin' Donuts is punishing you for wanting less ice in your drink, because if you ask for Less ice they give you half a cup of your drink stating that the manager won't let them fill it all the way to the top because you took the ice out. Ice was always a preference and the amount of ice is also a preference. the fact that your coffee shop gives you a half full cup because you take out the free is wrong!!!!

I came here to order a croissant sandwich and a drink. Could clearly tell the girl taking orders is brand new, so she was struggling a bit on the register. She was super nice though and tried her best, so no blame on her. When she asked for assistance from either the shift lead/manager idk the girl with a lot of tattoos, nose piercing, and a bad attitude. she was SUPER rude and barely trying to help her and instead just yelled at her and acted annoyed and like the girl is stupid. I completly understand being stressed in a rush with newbies, but considering it wasn't that busy, theres a solid 2 ppl in the lobby, the drive thru had MAYBE a car or 2, and the girl had a simple genuine question, to have that much attitude? its not that deep. food and drink came out okay at least, despite the sandwich being able to fit in the palm of my hand with room to spare lol. I just hope the new girl knows its not her fault at all, and shes doing a good job with a good attitude.

Walked in and ordered a cold brew told the cashier light ice the cashier even called out “light ice” to the barista. The barista then added as much ice as possible to the cup I informed her it’s “light ice please” at which point she replied “this is light ice” and started to fill my cup like I’m blind… this is a repeat problem I will never be going back

I felt like we were interrupting. As we pulled up all the empliyeed were sitting down on thier phones etc .The girl inbtye deive thru called my son mam then as ee pulled up to the window they were all staring at us and laughinh for no reason.Mayhe cause my son was gay they thought they coulf laugh at him.Will never return to this location .Very rude employees and immature. They also dtaryed dancibg as we pulled away.

The worst. Selling blueberry muffins that were as hard as a rock. Old muffins. Just gross! Manager offered no apologies whatsoever. I asked for refund. Just rude!!!

this was horrible, i’ve never gotten a drink from here because i always here the worst things , today around 9:20 i went to get a iced chai latte , they handed me a dark brown watered down coffee that looked as if it had been sitting on the counter for a few hours now. then when i told her she went inside and proceeded to talk bad about me. i just found out im pregnant and just needed something for my stomach before work. when they handed me the new drink she gave me the worst attitude and it taste like they poured milk in a cup i have gotten this drink a bunch of times it was completely wrong and they are lazy. i had to throw it away and wasted my money. i didn’t want to be mean so left but they ruined my morning.

In all my experience at any coffee shop and I’ve been to a lot this location charged me 50 Cent just to get less ice on a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar. The drink was already four dollars plus this location makes the worst cup of coffee you will ever drink in your life.

I would give negative stars if I could. Rude employees. No customer service. Our order was wrong 3 times and no was even kind, let alone apologetic. Hire new staff please.
We pulled through the drive through. Ordered 3 drinks. All were wrong. As we were given them, we gave each one back. The correct order was listed on the cup and they obviously hadn't read it or cared to look at it. When I politely gave it back, the employees were so rude and even slammed the drive thru window. So ridiculous. When we finally got drinks, they were awful and we ended up throwing them away.

Nalexus Stocks

I requested to have 12 donuts placed in separate bags instead of a box for sanitation purposes, as I was distributing them on a campus. I was told this could not be done due to policy, even though I had the exact request fulfilled at another Dunkin’ just the day before. I don’t understand how the policy could allow bagging smaller quantities (such as 3 donuts) but not a dozen. I was offered bags and gloves to do it myself, which felt unreasonable given there was no line at the time. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Absolutely the worst duncan.Long wait time and then I got a cup full of foam.They had 6 employees that I saw there and took forever to get us 2 coffee.Two were outside smoking in front the establishment and 2 playing games on their phones. Such a disgusting experience.
