genuinely the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. i’ve been there 4 times at this point and every single time something is wrong. half the time the bacon has zero seasoning on it. i don’t even mean like “oh there’s not enough” i mean there’s not a single black pepper spec in the entire bag. the other half of the time something is missing or wrong. last week i went and they had somehow run out of bagels by 2:00 pm and i had to change my order. today i came and they handed me my drinks and told me to have a good day. i had to wait at the drive through for a few minutes before they finally came back and asked what was wrong. i told them i was missing ALL of my food (5 things total missing) to which they told me they were working on it still. when they finally brought it out they gave me a bag and asked me if there’s anything else missing. shouldn’t yall know? are you not looking at the order when you’re making it? this dunkin is horrible, don’t recommend unless you feel like missing half your order every time.

This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. I ordered a refresher without ice and I was told that without ice was not allowed. She stated it was a policy. I have a policy to never go to Dunkin Donuts again. Starbucks for the win

Dunkin has been one of my favorite places to get coffee for at least 2 years now. I recently moved and had to switch to a new dunkin location, and unfortunately this one is the worst I have ever experienced. I've worked in fast food, so I usually have a lot of patience with mistakes and try not to make a big fuss about it. All of the sandwiches taste like grill cleaner or some other chemical. The inside of the store reeks of grill cleaner, if you've worked in the food industry then you shoukd know that it is highly toxic. If they happen to get your order right the first time with everything included, I would consider purchasing a lottery ticket because it's that rare. The iced lattes (my personal favorite) are basically just flavored milk. It's like a glass of milk sat in the same room as coffee. If you get a large drink with a dome lid, be sure to remind them to give you the appropriate straw, otherwise you'll be fishing it out of your drink every 5 seconds and end up with sticky fingers. I wouldn't recommend this dunkin to my worst enemy.

Seemed to be a very inexperienced crew. Not very friendly just get the job done and count out each type of munchkin for a box of 50.

Maja made our visit one of the best experiences we've ever had at a coffee shop. She's so full of energy and her happiness is infectious in the best of ways.
Walked in ,wait about 11 minutes to buy a dozen of donuts , walked out without the said donuts.. 11 minutes not a single person looked at me.. i dont know why the hell i walked in this place since i had a similar situation prior ..

every time… EVERY TIME I order any size caramel iced coffee. There is ALWAYS about 1-2cm of sugar at the bottom like as if they added the sugar in last. Any other DD it’s fine they make it best. I don’t slurp up sugar. But this location specifically always has sugar at the bottom it’s so thick I spend more time shaking and swirling the drink than I do drinking it…

I’m not sure why it took 30 mins to make a frozen matcha latte..? SUPER slow service. I don’t recommend going to this place if you don’t have patience or don’t have any time to waste.
