I’m not sure why it took 30 mins to make a frozen matcha latte..? SUPER slow service. I don’t recommend going to this place if you don’t have patience or don’t have any time to waste.

Hostile employees every time I go. It feels like scheduled abuse.

Decided after two years that maybe I should stop going here. They always get drinks wrong… get mad if you have any questions at all…. And just unfriendly people.

Donuts are GARBAGE now. The jelly taste like chemicals and all the other ones are just off and truly gross. Idk if Dunkin’ got a new distributor or what but WOW nastyyyyy. I won’t be coming back to pay $15 for 12 donuts that taste like they’re a week old.

I ordered an ice chai tea latte. I received milk with a hint of chai. So I basically paid $4 for a cup of milk. The photo is after I went back in and said what I ordered. Tjey added two pumps and it still tastes like milk. Next time, I will go to Starbucks.

Sitting at the drive through and all 3 employees smoking outside. Pull to the window and a boy came in asked what I wanted which was a vanilla bean coolatta. He said he didn’t know hide to make it. I just pulled off . Horrible customer service

Please I just want to give the elderly man who’s first day it was there today a hug. He was so sweet and thoughtful and trying, and the girl that was training him was loud and abrasive towards him when she was the one that didn’t give him the donut to begin with. Please find someone with just a little more empathy to train new employees. I wanted to cry for that man as I pulled away he must have said sorry 10 times to her with such a sad look in his eyes.

I came in and ordered, got my food. A little later I stood by front counter 2 separate times to order and the employees ignored me completely. Lazy workers

Placed mobile order. Based on what was shoen as available. When arivef was told 3 of our slections were not available. Had to select other donuts. After making new selection were told that 2 were not available. At this poont almost 1/2 of our order was not available so resisted they cancel the order. Were told we eould have to contact Dunkin by phone to get a refund since we used the App. Had to pick more donuts we didnt want. To top it off, the donuts were much less than fresh. Keep your inventory updated on ypur app.
