Placed mobile order. Based on what was shoen as available. When arivef was told 3 of our slections were not available. Had to select other donuts. After making new selection were told that 2 were not available. At this poont almost 1/2 of our order was not available so resisted they cancel the order. Were told we eould have to contact Dunkin by phone to get a refund since we used the App. Had to pick more donuts we didnt want. To top it off, the donuts were much less than fresh. Keep your inventory updated on ypur app.

I tried this Dunkin when it first opened and it was not very good the employees were rude and and the manager was horrible. But I went back to try it again a few weeks ago and I would like to say wow have things changed. Everyone was so nice even in the morning when I first get there. Everyone was so nice and friendly and I will say it does take a minute some times but they always give me the right order and if something is wrong they fix it with a smile on their faces. I experienced the best customer service ever and I and very happy to say this will be my going to this Dunkin for everything especially since I am always out and needing coffee to get me through my day.Life long customer!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would have gone to the location multiple days a week for the last couple months and it’s awful don’t know why I continue to go and get let down the food is awful it’s always stale/cold or just not what I ordered the coffee good lord the employees do not know how to make a coffee to save there life either taste like water mixed wit creamer or taste like it has 2 pounds of sugar in it if you have had a negative experience here please let the world know so the can stop stealing peoples money

One of the best dunkins that I have been to!! These group of employees know how to work as a team to get the job done! When I cam here it was busy but they were MOVING!??

Went in today, as I had a relatively big order. All 5 sandwiches and munchkins for my grandkids were fresh everything was correct and good, service was excellent and the staff was friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is one handicap parking spot with a ramp to the right of the front door.
Service is hit and miss at this location. Coffee is rarely like I order unless it's a normal menu item. Avocado toast is really good!

They need a sign posted of what type of U.S currency they do and do NOT accept.Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with three kids to be told when I finally got the the window they do not accept $100.00 bills. Will not be back.

Bought a dozen donuts ? yesterday around 2 PM. They were already stale. Even worse this morning. Will not ever buy donuts again at any Dunkin Donuts. Not worth $14.97!! Waste of money!
