annoying, they have an employee that cleans windows and your area that sit in for hours, they move your stuff out the way, slide chairs on the ground causing a disturbance…. disruptions like this are avoidable, and the restaurant should be cleaned after hours, not while customers are trying to enjoy their coffee or breakfast sandwich.. I’m all for a clean environment but these types of disruptions should not be happening while customers are in the restaurant. ask yourself this, do you really want someone cleaning and sweeping the floor when you are eating your food. what ever you do, dont come to this place is all you want for your morning peace is dragging chairs across the floor , mopping and sweeping like they are cleaning up a murder scene.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Ordered a small watermelon refresher with lemonade and no ice (my teeth are sensitive to cold). They charged more than other locations and did not fill my cup. The lemonade was 2-3 inches below the brim. I didn’t say anything because I used a gift card, but I won’t be back

Stopped in to get a donut and a breakfast sandwich. Everyone was nice and they had this cute little holiday bag and cup that they put the donut and the coffee in. A nice touch. It is hard to understand why they don't have a combo that has a donut and a coffee as a choice though since it is primarily a donut shop.

How goofy can you be? An employee told my wife drink carriers were only for people who bought 4 drinks.
Most of the time I go here it’s fine, but tonight there was a guy working who I’d never seen before, idk his name but he looks kinda like Shaggy but if he played D&D with his mother. Anyways, from the start of him taking our order in the drive thru, he was very impatient with our questions about how many pumps of syrup are in a new holiday drink, and then made both mine and my boyfriend’s drinks wrong, then argued with me about what he thought he heard me order instead of apologizing for the drink being wrong and offering to remake it.
