Went in to buy 10 gift cards today. Asked for water cups with lids to wrap them in. They charges me $5 for cups and the manager was so rude about it. They just lost a customer. Starbucks gives me cups every year for the same purpose!. My mistake for not going there first.

The staff here is always friendly, professional, and welcoming — they greet you with a smile and somehow remember everyone’s regular order! The customer service is consistently excellent, and my coffee and breakfast are always made perfectly. You can tell the team really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like more than just another customer, but this Dunkin’ definitely gives that personal touch every single time. Highly recommend
