I waited at the drive thru for a long time. They have a long waiting line in the store and at the drive thru. They didn’t explain if there was a problem or something, they kept making people wait.
Management and Staff were super awesome and helpful. I ordered my wife’s food wrong and if you know my wife I’d caught a beating when I got home. Manager was super nice about it and even said he understood so it was no big deal. Will definitely be back to this Dunkin…….

Ordered a cappuccino and they ended giving me just a regular coffee that’s tasted so bad looked like mud water 🥴 don’t get me started on the avocado bacon toast.
The worst Dunkin in Gwinnett , your order is always wrong , they are extremely slow, sandwiches served cold.

I had a terrible experience today when I went to Dunkin on November 11 around 8:20 AM the black guy had a very nasty attitude. I asked him for a new lid before he handed it to me, I asked him was his hands clean because I had seen him just take his hands out of his hoodie and he did not have on gloves and he picked up another top to put onto my drink. He then said to me “my hands are clean. I’m not the one who fixed your drink, so don’t have an attitude with me” I told him “ I don’t have an attitude. I’m a customer with a dirty lid.” Then when he gave me a new top, he just put the lid on the drink without even properly securing it, and the drink spilled all over my hand and he just walked away. Another lady came out of nowhere and apologized for his behavior. He should not be working in customer service or around food or beverages I am a very loyal customer to Dunkin and I do not appreciate this Customer service at all. It is unacceptable.
Day 2 review: 11/12/25
Today the young black man was very nice and helpful so I think it was huge misunderstanding and also it’s mainly the team leader. She is not in control and disorganized. He didn’t even know my ticket came in bc she just laid it on the counter so I had to wait extra long for my order that I PRE ORDERED before arriving while the people in the drive through were their main concern. The female short lady or team leader needs major WORK!
Extremely rude ! I politely asked for my sandwhich to be remade less toasted he refused , went back and forth that theirs no possible way to remake it less toasted. That huge blanket statement isn’t gonna make me smile and leave with a burnt sandwich obviously so I clarify “theirs no way you can change the setting or stop the timer sooner?” He said nope. (This is my usual order, they do not come this way and you definitely are able to toast it less or stop the timer sooner. In the rare occasion I’ve received a burnt bagel, I’ve never heard of a dunkin employee unable to remake it less toasted. You do not need to burn it to charcoal with your hands tied behind your back)
Then after I politely asked about just stopping the timer sooner he was like “I can refund you if you want idk” like I’m being difficult. When I asked for his name he said he was the manager makes sense his pride is probably through the roof with all the complaints but I was so friendly and empathetic and open to alternatives so the hostility and offering me a refund mid convo was uncalled for. Eventually after I realized he’s too focused on arguing I just suggested he remake it with a croissant instead and he rolled his eyes and said he has a line… like dude you’re holding me up. There was no cars when I first came back, you chose to argue and lie, didn’t provide an alternative other than a refund, was defensive.. like I would’ve been gone! Trust me I don’t wanna sit up here complaining. I actually felt bad til he started treating me like a Karen when I was being nice.

This was the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in ALL of my 45 years.
The cashier's name was Nick.
This kid was beyond rude. I approach the register to place my order and he's looking at his phone does not even acknowledge me what so ever. I said Hey how's it going. No response at ALL. The guy did not even ask for my order. I start ordering and he literally picks up his phone and starts texting. I complete my order and paid all the while he's still playing with his phone. A young lady walks over and places a coffee on the bar behind him and walks off. Now granted I don't know if she told him about the coffee or not. Finally Nick puts his phone away and goes to get my order filled. After getting my 2 donuts and handing them to me he goes right back to texting. At this point I'm frustrated and ask him to please stop texting complete my transaction so I can leave. He turns around grabs my coffee and slides it over to me. Now before that cup even makes it to me he is already back to texting. This kid has no business being employed and I truly hope he isn't. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order. I ordered a hot coffee and a vanilla bean colatta.Unfortunately, the coffee was cold and tasted a bit old, and the vanilla bean drink was not blended properly. It still had pieces of ice in it. I also requested whipped cream but did not receive it. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me was somewhat rude. I just wanted to bring this to your attention in case it can help improve future service.

Will pass other DD to get here! I always order through the app and my orders are perfect and ready on time. Their coffee always tastes good better than others in the area.
Poorly run establishment. Ordering a simple coffee is an unnecessary hassle with their kiosks.

I give 0 stars if I could. This place is nest! Went in for a cup of coffee, and the entire place was disgusting, doors, floors, and tables all dirty! waited 15 minutes for a cup of old, bitter coffee that I took a sip of and threw away. Never coming back!
