Went through the drive through and received a bag with a mess inside. My entire sandwich fell apart in the bag due to poor handling of my food. When I asked the manager for a refund he became very angry waving his hands around and lecturing me about what a great manager he was. I voiced my concerns with cleanliness and poor quality control and he gaslighted me offering no apologies for the poor costumer care. Will never visit this place again.

The young man who took our order was very friendly and polite. He offered to make a fresh pot of coffee because he noticed the coffee he served was warm rather than hot. When I left the store, I forgot to take the cup of ice my wife ordered. The young man ran out to our car to deliver it. Very impressed with his service.

This place is not professional at all. The service is horrible. 2 Lil girls running it Tables were dirty. Floors nasty.Counters had dried up spilled coffee and. Napkin dispenser almost emptied. It literally took 10mins for 2 sandwiches that are microwaved to get to me.
What’s the point of having a menu online if it’s not going to be accurate when the customer orders in person? Then instead of apologizing after showing you the PROOF of what I ordered according to YOUR menu, you prefer to go back and forth instead of just correcting the problem. No apology, no offer for a refund, just a shitty experience that resulted in me ordering ANOTHER $8 coffee the “correct” way.
I’m a business owner myself and that wasn’t handled logically nor professionally. I’ll cross this Dunkin off the list just like the one on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.

I am a frequent customer at this establishment While I find the food satisfactory and appreciate the convenience of the location, I have encountered repeated issues with the quality of customer service during the afternoon hours, specifically between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. On a recent visit, I experienced particularly rude behavior from one employee. This individual, who appeared to be of Asian descent and likely in her early to mid-thirties, she locked the doors while I was seated in the outside seating area and acted dismissively, seemingly making judgments about whether I intended to make a purchase. Her behavior felt unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming.
