I utilize drive thru this morning and my order was incorrect when I left . I called and spoke with Melissa and she is the MVP of Customer Service. She had a can do attitude and made everything better. She was empathetic and apologetic and simply told me when I was done with my mother’s appt she would make sure to replace my order.

I love this location. The food is great and offers ample workspace if you use cafe's for that sort of thing. The staff is friendly and engaging, which really adds to the experience.

Sat in the drive through for 20 mins this morning behind 2 cars to get my son a single bagel. Watched them put my order in to toast after pulling up to the window. Other bags were sitting and waiting with orders for cars behind me. It’s a bagel. Not much to complain about on food, but the operations seem off. I haven’t had this issue at any other einstein’s. 🤷‍♂️

I Love Coming here for Breakfast, Tall young man ; With the Big Hairy, Knows how to Cook,Chris just wanted to Say Thank you, The Manager also Has a great Friendly Attitude, The New girl with the Red color hair greeted me ,With a Beautiful welcoming Smile.

Review of Einstein Bros. Bagels – Buford Drive, Buford, GA

I recently visited the Einstein Bros. Bagels location on Buford Drive in Buford, Georgia, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. We ordered three bagels—two with ham, egg, and cheese, and one with cream cheese—all requested toasted.

After waiting approximately 10 minutes for our order, we were disappointed to find that all three bagels were only mildly warm and did not seem toasted at all. The texture was soft, lacking the crispness you’d expect from a toasted bagel. It felt as if they had been heated, not toasted, which was especially noticeable on the cream cheese bagel.

While the ingredients were fresh and the staff was courteous, the execution on the order fell short. Toasting is a basic expectation for a bagel shop, especially when it’s requested. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving consistency in the future

The customer service is always pleasant when I come and they always have my favorite bagel sandwich when I come to order. My only issue is there is ALWAYS EGGSHELLS IN THE EGGS!!!!!!!!!! I had to start going to another location.

The food here is pretty good, but the people that work here must be absolutely miserable with their job because they are so rude and unfriendly. Especially the two managers and the short white girl named Melissa. The only two employees they have that are friendly at all is a young black fellow and a white fellow named Ethan. They should be commended for their courtesy and service, but the rest of them are absolutely horrible. I think I’ll just start going to Panera. At least they appreciate my business.
