There’s a popular saying that hole-in-the-wall restaurants often serve the best food. Now, I’m not suggesting that this place is a hole in the wall—far from it, and I’d never want to disrespect their establishment—but it is located in a gas station.
Don’t let that fool you, though: El Taco Jalisco serves some of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The restaurant is impressively clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I also appreciate the thoughtful furniture and vibrant artwork, which add charm and personality to the space. El Taco Jalisco has quickly become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Buford, Georgia—and it’s absolutely worth a visit.

I placed and order over the phone. It was picked up. when I got it it was wrong. I called spoke to Diego he kindly apologized and offer to give my money back or replace it. I couldn't go back and chose to get them replace the next day. so I called today she refused to do so unless I brought the food from last night.? Never apologized she argued laughed and said there was nothing wrong with the order. how does she know ?
I am a business owner myself and I treat my clients with respect. will never talked on top of their concerns will never laugh and will never ever asked them if they are done while talking.. Literally Juanita argued with a client because of their mistake. I eaten in many restaurants never ever owners will say such thing bring me your food back it's against the health department regulation! what if We are sick? she wants the food back after being beaten? she will be opening the foodi usually go in person. but this time i had it picked up. She was so entitled the stated I'm owner!! and hung up the phone.
this is unacceptable and she needs to be trained and she needs to know people needs to be treat with respect. she is really rude Juanita if I was told yesterday to bring the food back to get it replaced. I wouldnt have never called today. I would have asked them come and get it yesterday.

First time at El Taco Jalisco. Food, service and atmosphere are awesome. Waitress was helpful in our menu choice. They have breakfast too. Very authentic food, but not super spicy. There is a spicy sauce on the table. Few tables and a few booths. They get pretty busy at times. Check the website for hours.
