Diane the manager is a major Karen. She wouldn’t honor when I couldn’t pick up my sub on my BIRTHDAY yesterday. The nice employee Janae was kind enough to let me come in today. Diane, being the typical Karen, refused to give me my birthday sub. Wow, typical stereotype. 0/10 customer service, do better Firehouse Subs. Diane was rude, disrespectful, hung up the phone, and deserves to be fired. You lost a long term customer.
