Ordered a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket online which was supposed to be ready at 9:35. Went in to pick it up at this time and was not greeted by anyone. There were 2 young ladies working and a young man. I walked to the counter and looked around, was ignored, even though I was the only customer in the store. I hoped that they were getting it ready and walked around to look at he local fire stuff...as i'm a retired fireman. After several minutes of looking around I walked back to the counter to look for the sub and hoped someone would attempt to help me. Finally the young guy ask if I was picking my order up and told him I was. He said it would be ready soon. After about 5 more minutes it was and I took it home. My girlfriend and I shared it and it tasted fine, however...that was not the end of it. My
gf who has a more sensitive stomach...immediately had diarrhea. She went 3 - 4 times and during the night....and again the next day. I typically have an iron stomach and very little effects it...but the next day I began having diarrhea as well. It was freaking awful i tell you. My gf could not eat again for several days without having diarrhea. I had it a couple more times and had stomach discomfort for 3 more days. I will not go back and would avoid this place unless you are starving to death or are looking for a cure for chronic constipation...then this could be the place for you.

I ordered online and it said it would take 20 minutes for my order to be ready. It took more than 45 minutes for me to get my order and I waited inside the store for 30 minutes. Two young ladies working there asked me if I needed help, and I told them I was waiting on my order. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, one of them said that it was still gonna be a bit because they had to heat the meatballs.
What was even worse than that is our sandwiches were terrible with the exception of the meatballs themselves. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the meatballs themselves were delicious.

My son ordered the sweet and spicy which he has gotten numerous times at other locations without incident, but this one was so overly coated; and I mean, coated baked on the roll, the meatballs, and every crevice with red pepper. I couldn’t even scrape it off, because they baked it in the cheese and everything. That doesn’t even cover the fact that the roll was hard as if it was either old, or overbaked.
I ordered the pepperoni meatball sandwich and specifically said no seasoning on top, and they covered it with seasoning! I guess I was lucky because the pepperoni was essentially raw and not at all crispy like it advertises, so I could peel off the pepperoni and rinse it in the sink and get most of the seasoning off. My roll was not as hard as my son’s, but was supposed to taste like garlic bread, and it did not taste anything like garlic bread. There was absolutely no flavor to this sandwich whatsoever except the seasoning that I didn’t want, but at least the meatballs were decent. There was supposed to be extra cheese on this, but there wasn’t any at all. This was a more expensive sandwich and I probably would’ve enjoyed just the plain more than this.
My husband got the plain meatball sandwich, but they completely forgot the cheese on this one as well and the bread was overly crunchy.
I’m not giving them any excuses, but maybe these ladies had more orders than they could handle even though it did not appear as if they were busy. I will never, ever order from this location again.

These folks just held up a pin pad at the drive through pandering to me for a tip. No way. They have some nerve on them at this location and I will never eat at any firehouse again due to this behavior. I went through the drive through SPECIFICALLY because I didn't want to get hit up for a tip. And they still charged my card for the food that I didn't get and that they didn't make.

Door dash order came with side of chips instead of mac and cheese. Paid $5+ for small bag of chips; called 11 times and they never answered to correct this issue

Yall have the laziest workers, I was waiting on a DoorDash order for 15 minutes while I was being told “it’s being made” while it was just sitting by the register. I tried to get another worker’s attention but she was too busy listening to her music overall 1 star unfortunately.

I went by this location on my lunch break and noticed 3 employees working inside. No one acknowledged me. I stood back momentarily while deciding what I wanted. Then I walked up to the counter to order. Nobody came to take my order. At one point a young male came toward the register, taking his gloves off. I thought he was about to take my order but he simply walked by me without speaking and went to the bathroom. I walked out. They were not busy inside and I only saw 1 car in the drive thru. I'll eat somewhere else.

My husband visited this Firehouse today at around 4:09pm (12/9) and ordered a Firehouse Steak and Cheese with onions and peppers, but when he got home it was a Smokehouse Brisket. How could the order taker possibly mistake a Steak and Cheese with a Brisket. First time and last time visit. The Firehouse Subs in Flowery Branch is always perfect. Only went to this one because it was more convenient.

I went to this location and asked for my food to be made with no cheese and the Manager stated because my food was already prepped with cheese they could not remake my sandwich.
Unbelievable service and outright inexcusable.

This was such a pleasant experience! I literally picked up food at Wendy's and the experience was AWFUL! I went down the hill past At Home and pulled into Firehouse and as I got out of my car I could hear the guy on the drive thru. He was so pleasant and polite. I went inside to pick up my order and the guy inside was so nice and smiled at me and said thank you. It's amazing the difference in experience. Thank you for taking pride in your job and being so pleasant! Made my evening so much better after the experience I had at Wendy's! P.S. this was around 8 p.m. on Sunday 10/20. ?

The last two times I have been here I left with nothing. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a Hero and was told that they didn't have enough roast beef to make that. I asked them to just sub it out with ham and they said they couldn't do that, but I was welcome to order something else. I declined and left.

Then today I pulled up to the drive through only to be told that the drive through was closed but I was welcome to come inside. I declined and left.

This place does not seem to care even a little bit about whether their patrons are happy. Most successful businesses seem to understand that consistent, positive experiences are crucial to the business' survival. This location needs to correct course before their clientele gives up on them. Personally, I won't be coming back for a long while.
