This was such a pleasant experience! I literally picked up food at Wendy's and the experience was AWFUL! I went down the hill past At Home and pulled into Firehouse and as I got out of my car I could hear the guy on the drive thru. He was so pleasant and polite. I went inside to pick up my order and the guy inside was so nice and smiled at me and said thank you. It's amazing the difference in experience. Thank you for taking pride in your job and being so pleasant!...
Fantastic!! The dude at the counter could not have been nicer, SO sweet and helpful. Sandwiches were great. (They were out of romaine for salads. It happens, shortages of stuff is a thing lately) ? All ingredients were fresh and tasty. Their pickles are the freakin bomb too. Our stuff came out quickly. And….any place with a hot sauce bar always gets extra points from me. This location is new and we hope it’s successful and stays, we’ll be back asap and often!!
The shop was smaller than most others but it had a lot of windows for natural daylight to get in. It also had a drive thru which is a great bonus.
