One star because our waitress was a rockstar. Also one star because management felt like being on a power trip was more appropriate than making the customer happy with a reasonable request.

Tomato Soup half full. Everything looks thrown together. Disappointed to say the least.

There is hardly any parking. The food is average but a little pricy.
This place is *really* overhyped. The menu’s description and actual presentation of food are fantastic—it sounds and looks delicious! But there’s a lot missing in terms of taste… and ingredients. We kept asking for menu items just for them to each time tell us what they don’t have: no orange juice, ran out of spinach, ran out of biscuits.
The worst part was how I, along with another person in my party, ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict and while it looked beautiful, neither of our eggs were poached. They were straight up boiled. And the salmon was honestly kinda nasty. I pushed it to the side at some point and ate what I could, which wasn’t much cause my potatoes were very undercooked. The others in my group enjoyed their more typical breakfast items: Breakfast Tacos, Omelette, French Toast. Their ginger specialty drink (Morning Meditation) was pricey, but well worth the money. One of the best drinks I’ve ever had, truthfully.
It was so busy when we visited we had to wait for 35 minutes to be seated. Granted, we had a party of about 14, but it doesn’t help that they do not have an indoor seating area to wait so we remained in the freezing cold. There’s a small area at the entrance where the outside door and inside door meet that maybe 6 people can squeeze into, but you’ll be in the way as folks try to enter and exit. The interior is well decorated and lovely. Restrooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Again biggest problems were OK food that is VERY pricey and their lack of ingredients despite being so well known. I would not come back, but if you do go: get their ginger drink (Morning Meditation), avoid Eggs Benedict, ask for crispy potatoes, and go early in the day to avoid out of stock ingredients.
Parking: Parking options behind the establishment, but because other places abut this restaurant a lot of it is shared. Considering how many people are always frequenting First Watch, parking is kinda hard to find

Bad experience, bad service. Table isn't ready for a long time than estimate. I hate First watch, menu is never updated, awful food.
Everything was great but parking was complicated and busy due to neighboring businesses it seemed.

i got the kale salad to-go and kept on biting into gritty sand-like grains. lots of the leaves are withered and old as well. clearly the kitchen staff did not take care to clean/sort through the leaves and just threw in their prepackaged assortment. maybe they don’t care as much when it is a to-go order because the customer can’t complain to their face :(
their dine-in service is pretty great though so my two cents is: dine in and don’t take out
Rarely get my order right. 9/10 times it’s either missing something or I get the wrong item. Just ordered a meal and got a side of bacon, ended up with scrambled eggs
We visited on Saturday morning. Not the place to come by if they’re busy. The millionaire bacon and drinks were great. We ordered the Parma skillet and Avocado toast. 10 minutes later we ordered I was informed that the avocados weren’t good, I ended up ordering the Salmon Egg Benedict. The skillet came out, the eggs tasted weird, like they were pre mixed from the store, not fresh. 15-20 minutes later the salmon egg benedict came out, the eggs were hard boiled and it had random chunks of raw onion on top, the salmon was the only good thing. We ate half of the food because at that point we were starving and sent it back and got it remake will take forever. The server was barely around to solve any issues.

Food was excellent
Parking: Not a lot if parking available. However the rotation of customers was pretty good. It helped with the ability to get a parking spot.

Our 2nd favorite breakfast spot behind J Christopher in Flowery Branch but ahead of Snooze, Flying Biscuit, and Cracker Barrel. The food is excellent and our waitress is always on point. We love that you can pay at table via barcode and wave to tell the hostesses it's done. Nice addition to convenience. Nonetheless, the food excellent and we recommend going after 12 or before 8:30. Trust us!

The million dollar bacon sandwich being seasonal for four years now is getting really old. Maybe you guys should try listening to your customers.
