Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe

Wow! Fluffy fluffy in Buford absolutely exceeded my expectations. The matcha soufflé pancakes were incredibly fluffy, airy, and just melted in my mouth. The presentation was beautiful — fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and toppings on the side made it feel like a little dessert masterpiece. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, not too sweet. The service was friendly and the vibe is cute and cozy. Definitely my new go-to dessert spot in Buford!

Food was great they have so many cute treats and they’re delicious. The place is very well kept and very nicely decorated. we ordered croffle sandwiches, croissant sandwhich, and the blueberry fluffy pancake and everyone loved their food!

I came here with my family to try the fluffy pancakes and ended up sampling the entire menu! Everything from the pancakes to the croissant sandwiches was amazing! The strawberry refresher is a must try! Amazing place to grab brunch with the family!

I got the tiramisu and my fiancé got creme brûlée and they both tasted way too eggy. I could not taste the tiramisu at all.. pancake was too doughy and not cooked well. We went to the Marietta one the other day and that one was way better. We actually accidentally came to this one and very disappointed.. Go to the Marietta one, you’ll thank me.

For the uninitiated, you can probably share one order between two orders, and unless you have a definite sweet tooth, order the regular fluffy pancake order or the French toast so you are not overwhelmed with the sweetness and can appreciate the dish.
If you have a sweet tooth, go crazy and get whatever.

I just went to Fluffy Fluffy in Buford yesterday and honestly the pancakes were really amazing. I order the Strawberry Pancake and it was super fluffy and tasted fresh, not heavy at all. The strawberry toppings were good too, especially with the syrup and cream.
The service was really nice either, the staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering too much. Our food came out pretty quick, which was great since we were hungry.
Overall, it’s a chill spot if you’re craving pancakes. Also a great place for relaxing. Good food, good vibes, and good service. I’d definitely want to go back!
