I’d give zero stars if I could. Staff was rude. The entire drive thru was slow. My chicken bowl was cold, the rice was almost inedible. And to top it all off, they don’t take cash? No cash accepted. If you’re concerned for safety, wear gloves. How can you put a ban on a form of payment that is the universal payment? Just an overall miserable experience. Will not be returning and will be spreading my opinion to any and all who ask.

This gusto! is my go-to place for when I’m hungry, want something healthy, and need a little break. I enjoy the variety of flavor profiles that gusto! covers. I particularly love the Polynesian chilli mango bowl, and my husband loves the Chipotle mango avocado bowl. The staff here is also very friendly.
I came in just before closing, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure how the order process worked and the staff at the counter was attentive and gave me the run down of the menu and ordering process. The food was great and was out fast! 10/10 would recommend
My family and I love gusto, but I had a recent bad experience with a drive thru young lady working that night. Since they had a new item on the menu, I asked what it was, and she was very rude, had an attitude, and was rolling her eyes.
