The ticket on top of the box even says no feta... just for... feta to be allll over it. The fudge. This crap too expensive to be messing up each time. DO BETTER.
We always go to the Gusto’s in Buford, GA that’s our go to spot when we’re running errands and need a quick, healthy, wholesome bite to eat. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Food is always fresh and exactly how we like it!

I love gusto’s for the healthy food and it’s was delicious. Love the sweet potato chips as well. Jason’s customer service just makes the experience so much more enjoyable! Jason is such a super positive upbeat service worker. Thank you for your great service. Always makes my day. Gustos had me because of their food and kept me because of their service.
2 9:56pm cashier was cold, incompetent, could not hear. I was the last car in line, she could have took her time, but instead she still acted as if she had other customers to get to and quickly shut the window. Did not give me a receipt. Did not give me eye contact. Didn’t say a welcome or a thank you, just opened the window with the card slot in hand (this is very rude btw), and quickly shut it after. I wanted to order a drink but changed my mind due to her attitude. I came home and realized she didn’t even give me what I ordered and I can’t confirm if she heard me wrong or gave me the wrong item because **no receipt** I wanted to just email about this but honestly that was so bad I don’t even think I would want to come back after that interaction. I dont even know what I just ate. I believe this is the second time I encountered this young lady and she simply should not work in customer service. I am disappointed in the food I was given. I went to Gusto for the first time. I spoke with the person in charge and told them to give me a dish without onions, scallions, or anything like that because I’m allergic. They recommended the Ginger Lemon Pan Out. I specifically asked for it without onions. They assured me that it didn’t have onions.
When I got home after a long day at work and was ready to eat, I found that the dish I ordered had onions and scallions. If someone is allergic to an ingredient, the staff must read the order carefully and make sure not to include it. Lawsuits are more common than ever, and they need to train their employees on how serious food allergies are.
