Normally I love to eat here, but today was a three strike and your done all in one go. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. I was brought a hamburger...i was very clear when I ordered, I even pointed to it on the menu. Next I was bought a chicken sandwich on a hamburger bun that was still not the right thing. I showed my sever again on the menu what I wanted. I believed foolishly when my sandwich finally came out that it was correct until I cut it in half. Ingredients were missing. At this point I'm done. Not only that but I had to ask a different server for drink refills. My server the entire time kept giving me the stink eye. So I think it will be some time before I come back.

Vegetarian options: Most of the time I get the veggie omelette but recently tried steak and eggs. It doesn’t matter what I get. Ihop is by far the best breakfast spot. There is never a miss.

Today I ordered from this ihop.When I got my first order, yes my first I was disappointed by what I saw. I ordered new yerk cheesecake style pancakes with hash browns, but when I opened my pancakes not only were they regular pancakes they were partially burnt. When I placed my second order my dasher called me and told me that they did not have anymore new york cheesecake style pancakes, so I told him that I'll take their cinnamon pancakes, they didn't have those either. So I decided that I would get their chocolate chip pancakes and they told me that they had it. 5 minutes later my dasher calls again to tell me that they don't have chocolate chip pancakes or the oreo milkshake I ordered.

We had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Our server, Angelica, was rude and unfriendly. All of our condiments at our table were empty. What was meant to be a fun breakfast food dinner turned out to be a horrible experience.

First of all I ordered sausage links and got bacon & the hash browns were cold and w had to wait for new order of them which took too long so now my eggs are cold.

We came in during a slow time. Greeted immediately. All good. Coming from people who work in restaurants, why are the cokes $4 each? They should be MAX 2.99. I can understand if the place is higher class, or they give you bigger then 8 ounce glasses, but us spending $50 on food (where the hashbrowns were stale, the French toast dense and hard, and the toast with no butter, and so thinly sliced it could be a cracker) and two soft drinks is genuinely ridiculous. I understand this is a franchised establishment, if this is the case I hate doing this to a family owned business. But you can’t keep customers if you over charge them for simple things.
