Sometimes it can be loud but you can s There is a gentleman cleaning up tables on weekend mornings that’s amazing. This place would be at a loss if he leaves. For being the international house of pancakes they have failed. Pankcake has flaps. Basically could peal the top layer of the pancake right off. Server was great which warranted the stars. Sad will not return.

This IHOP is an unorganized mess and we should have gotten up and left. We were promptly seated and waited a significant amount of time before someone took our beverage order and informed us she wasn't our waitress. We had another long wait before a waitress came and even longer wait before food arrived. The waitress informed us that they had no salads at all and they had no broccoli. They got one of the three orders wrong and didn't bring missing food until way after we finished. The grits had a good consistency but were tasteless. Empty salt dispenser and no jelly on the table didn't surprise me. Employees were nice but were moving about in a cluttered inefficient pattern. I would recommend not eating at this Ihop location until improvements are made.

I just had a group breakfast at this location and my experience was awful! At first I thought it was the rush but later found out it was a deliberate act by my server. She served coffee only to show up with the creams 20 mins later after several asks. Again after meal I asked for water , but it never came. I went upfront to her to pay after waiting endlessly. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service , and all she said was “OK” with zero apology or remorse. Then I knew it was a careful and deliberate act.. she’s white and skinny , I forgot to note her name because I was so distraught. Never felt this bad about service at any other location of iHop I have been

Sunday brunch time and everywhere else was packed with 45min to 1 hour wait. Had a mere 20minute wait. Service was quick to the table. With the exception of being out of some items, food came out quick and hot. Thanks Harley!
