Excellent pizza. Best in Buford by far, maybe in north Gwinnett.

Garlic knots were a 2 out of 10 too much butter or oil pretty much inedible had to trash the rest.Lasagna was a 6 not bad but not enough flavor had to add seasoning & pizza slice was a 5.Tried the place because of the 4.7 stars but definitely won't be back.

We catered with Little Italy for our Homecoming, and it was the best experience ever. Food was delicious and flavorful. The service was incredible and arrived on time. They helped set up everything and we were taken care of. This is a great business! Thank you so much.

Family run restaurant with amazing Italian food. They do a lot of takeout, but you can - and should eat in! The pasta dishes are fantastic and very fresh. Their pizza is very good and is the main reason for the hefty takeout business. It's a thinner crust but it can hold it's own with heavier toppings. If you like fresh made cannolis and tiramisu, get some to take home!

ordered a medium pizza with extra sauce and light on the sausage. Indeed it was light on the sausage and to my suprise sauce too. the sausage looked like it was picked over . the pizza looked leftover from lunch and not served warm actually overcooked like a frozen pizza. sorry I'm a pizza critic.good luck.

I love Italy's! It's my favorite pizza and Italian food restaurant. I recommend anyone wanting to try a new pizza place or to come here. My favorite is the Stromboli 😍🥰😍🥰

Top-notch, exceptional service every time! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and they’ve consistently delivered this level of service since we started coming here. The food is absolutely unmatched, hands down the best. You genuinely feel welcomed, and my husband won’t eat pizza from anywhere else but here. It's rare to find this kind of customer service these days, especially from young people. Not even Chick-fil-A, and I’m a Red Member who values great service, can compare. My family and I truly appreciate all of you, please keep being the best you can be!

the service and hospitality are top notch, clean and neat space. I ordered a pie with sausage and extra cheese. The pizza was done like it was cooked at a joint in Brooklyn in 1970s. Perfect. I warmed a slice from fridge two days later and it was even better. My only complaint, my Pizza was made by a cook wearing a Padres hat. Someone please get that guy a Yankees or Braves cap, before he ruins a good business.

Their food is very good, I have had pizza several times and fettuccine Alfredo was delicious with a fresh salad. The staff is always friendly.

Everything was fine until I got home. Ate the pasta, pasta was pretty good. Went into the garlic knots and took one bite when I notice a bug of some sort. Possibly adolescent roach, and just put the knot back.

Was trying to order from Commerce but they were not answering. I called this location to see if them and Commerce were in fact open. The girl that answered was extremely rude and said Commerce was open as well. I ended up having to order from their competitor and when I picked the pizza up I seen that Italys in Commerce was closed. Not only was she rude she lied, she said they weren't answering because they were extremely busy.
