This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mike’s. I ordered a Philly. It was great and the bread was fresh. The restaurant itself was super clean and the folks behind the counter were friendly. I came on my lunch break and was in and out.

I was so happy when I heard a Jersey Mikes was opening near my house! I’ve now been a regular since it has opened a few years back. The latest Manager is really personable. Shes always bringing laughs and energy to the location. The lines are never as long as this one and there are always open tables and parking. I see the To Go pick up station in use a lot so maybe that’s why the lines aren’t as long. Anyway, I took a photo of my Number 9 which is Turkey, Roast Beef and Bacon and I get it with their Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So fresh and delicious!!Vegetarian options: They have a Portebello Philly that is amazing! Also have lots of fresh toppings that are vegetarian.Parking: The parking lot is an extension of the Kroger grocery store so there is lots of parking

Never have I ever been to Jersey Mikes where I am the only customer in the store and I get an attitude just for ordering a sub. Like it's utterly distasteful to let out a sigh and start cussing and throwing a tantrum just because you failed to read what the job description was going to be while working at Jersey Mike's Subs. I'll give you a hint sharkesha it's making my sandwich that I paid for without the side of attitude.

5 Star all the way! Marilyn and her team were so helpful with a catering order for the Mill Creek HS Softball Team. We got the Subs by the Box and they were perfect. So good, and all the girls loved them. The whole process from the beginning to the end was very professional and easy. We will definitely be using them again in the future! I really like this location. It's conveniently located in the same strip that I work in, so I dine there frequently. Everyone is really nice, in particular the woman that I believe is the manager. If she is doing something else in the store, she always drops what she is doing to help. She is very friendly and carries a conversation as if she's know you forever. That's really great customer service. All of the employees are genuinely friendly and none of them have that typical "fast food teenager" attitude that makes you feel like you walked in on their gossip, like you encounter at the "other sub place".The food is always great and the store is very clean. That checks all my boxes, so please thank your team for a great, consistent dining experience.
