this is the best jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. It’s always so good and all the workers have nice attitudes. 10/10 recommend

Overall a really great experience! Fresh food and comfortable ambience!

We ordered the club sub with the juice, and it was delicious! Got a giant and it was enough for two people!

Rating the service 4/5 because there wasn’t any organization or rhyme and reason, we were asked left and right about our order by four people in total! Somewhat chaotic to not have a line or talk to people in order 0_o

Rates the atmosphere 4/5 because the seating wasn’t comfortable, there isn’t much space to seat and there are two chairs right in front of the soda machine. Quite crammed.

Other than that, everything was cool! Definitely will come back!

Placed an order on the mobile app, added names to each sandwich to help take the guesswork out of which sandwich goes to which employee. There are 7 of us.
App shows my order should be ready by around 11:05am, I arrive at about 11:02am.
Waiting on the last sandwich.

The only girl working the front decides to split the order into two bags, placing three in each bag, then adding chips to each bag.
She gets the last one it in the bag. I asked her to write the name on the sub, as I saw some of the others were done. I guess it was too much trouble because she told me it was the only one without a name, so I should be able to tell who the sub belongs to.

Well, it turns out there were THREE subs WITHOUT names... so NO, I wasn't able to tell who that one nameless sub belonged to. I had to open all 3 to figure out who got what.

PISSED ME OFF!

What is the purpose of asking for a name when placing the order if the employees aren't going to put names on the subs?
They didn't even put numbers on them.

This is why I don't tip these lazy, irresponsible, rude people working for Jersey Mike's and why I prefer not to order from them. But the guys at work wanted something different than our usual menus.

This place blows Subway away. Great crew and incredible sandwiches. My favorite is the Italian with extra secret Italian oil and vinegar. It cannot be beat! If you haven’t been here you don’t know what you’re missing.

Jersey Mike's is always a good experience. I have never walked out of one disappointed. I have visited many of their locations. Every time is the same as the last.

I ordered a Big Kahuna without peppers on the app for pickup, but it came with peppers! I can't eat them, that's why I said no peppers. I was already back at work, so no lunch, and I wasted $15. Thanks a bunch.

I walked in the store to order a sandwich. It was empty, and there were 3 staff members. They looked very young and they all ignored me immediately. I stood up for a minute at the register then a young male asked my order. He didn’t ring it in and just walked back to talk to the other young male who was also a staff member in the back. They stood there talking for two more minutes. My order was not rung up and I did not see my sandwich being made, no bread being picked up, nothing. They made it seem like I was bothering them to order, and so I told them not to worry about it and walked out. I saw other reviews stating a similar experience. Unless management doesn’t like making money, I suggest a different staff. I don’t understand since when ordering at a food establishment I’m made to feel like I’m bothering the staff. And the crazy part is they’ll have the nerve to ask for a tip at the end after creating such an unwelcoming environment lol.

Overall, I enjoyed my food at Jersey Mike’s however, there’s been an occasion of two where they’ve taken my order incorrectly and gave me the wrong order or the wrong food. When you call them to inform them, they become very defensive and they put the manager on the phone and makes statements like “how do I know you’re not eating the food right now and you’re just calling in and complaining to get a free sandwich“. Personally, that is very insulting as I’m sort of food thief, but this is happened to me on several occasions and from now on I will probably have to open up my order and inspect it before I leave. Is the order in the computer, you can’t see what they’re typing even though you’re telling them the correct thing and then the order goes on a ticket for the Chef to Cook, but if it’s input it into the system wrong then the whole thing is wrong, it’s the point where you just can’t take a simple order even when you give them the item number they still mess it up.

I felt the Buford location was a good choice to get a meal for me and my wife.
We reviewed our choices from the online menu while sitting in the car. My wife doesn't eat beef or pork and wanted a veggie choice of sandwich. I entered alone and we greeted by the employee that operates the hot grill. I ordered a no.64 Portobello mushroom sandwich that is under the meatless menu. He started preparing the sandwich and I proceeded to order my sandwich with the asum the lead in charge. I just wanted a Turkey sandwich with no cheese and I told her that. As she started preparing the sandwich, I noticed she started putting cheese and then turkey. At that point I wasn't sure if that was mine until she said"oh you said no cheese" I told just proceed because I'm hungry at this point. My sandwich was made and I waited for my wife. I paid for the meal then left the store. Just 5 minutes later as we was about to eat, my wife noticed what looked like steak(beef) on her sandwich and confirmed it was. Then I opened my sandwich to noticed the bread was crumbing apart servely as I grabbed it. We both we very disappointed and proceed back to the store. Upon my return I wasn't acknowledged for 2 minutes while holding 2 sandwiches and a receipt. So the grill associate ask me what's wrong, I told him I asked for a No.64 which is under meatless said to him that what he made had meat. He replied " you didn't want meat" I stared at him and he apologized. I then told him and another what was wrong with my other sandwich and they tried to start a refund process but they wasn't sure of what they was doing. So finally they got the attention of the lead and she come over to ask what was wrong and now a second explanation is being given. She finally completes a refund. From the lead to the grill associate they wasn't paying attention to the customer which lead to this bad experience. Attention to detail is key.

I have been coming here since 2012 and I have always had a good experience previously with service and quality of food. Until yesterday. I went in on July 27 at 3:00 PM for a late lunch; food, service was all well in good. Until I finished my meal and went into the bathroom to wash my hands. I set my wallet down on the sink and foolishly left it as I headed out. I got in my car and drove to Trader Joe’s, only to realize at the light I’d left my wallet. I immediately turned around and headed back to retrieve it. Between leaving the wallet, the venue and returning was approximately 2 minutes. I came back immediately. Upon re-entering and going back to the bathroom I ran into an employee leaving the bathroom, as I was going in. We bumped into each other at the door. He immediately said to me, “oh is that your wallet?” Didn’t hand it to me or anything, which is fine but he proceeded to walk away. I thought, “that’s odd, how did he know it was my wallet ?” I realized that in the 2 minutes that I was gone, someone had gone through my wallet, left my license and credit cards but $300.00 in cash were missing. I was going to use this money for groceries and gas. I immediately asked the employee I had just encountered if he had been the one that had gone through my wallet. Immediately he become defensive. Granted I understand I did not see this individual do it and i obviously do not have a recording of it either but it was very odd how he immediately turned out his pockets. I called my manager and explained what happened. He refused to hear me out, immediately took his side and asked how I knew he had taken my cash. I obviously wasn’t 100% certain but I expected him to be more diplomatic, especially in this situation. I asked him if he could call the police. He flat out refused. I got the police involved and filed a report. I know all good things must eventually come to an end. I can no longer return to this shop comfortably. To be honest, to be robbed and then treated this way by the management was such a terrible experience, I will not be buying Jersey Mikes any time soon. My Italian Giant ended up costing me $330.00. $25 for the sub, $5 in tip and I had $300.00 taken out of my wallet. I just went to say that they have thieves working here, keep your wallets and purses closed. Obviously a lot can happen in 2 minutes but between my leaving when I left the bathroom to when I came back, I was the only customer in both instances. The police are waiting to get clearance from corporate to look at the footage. This was a terrible, terrible experience, wouldn’t not wish it on my worst enemy.

It was 7:47 when my husband and I entered the establishment. There was 2 girls and one guy. They were not welcoming and the chairs were already stacked as if they were closed. They didn’t acknowledge that we were there. We had to ask them were they closed. One female said no. They just kept staring as if we were bothering them. Finally the female that was making the sandwiches inquired about our order. We felt so unwelcomed and we will not be coming back. This was our first time ordering from this location. Terrible young attitudes.
