Overall, I enjoyed my food at Jersey Mike’s however, there’s been an occasion of two where they’ve taken my order incorrectly and gave me the wrong order or the wrong food. When you call them to inform them, they become very defensive and they put the manager on the phone and makes statements like “how do I know you’re not eating the food right now and you’re just calling in and complaining to get a free sandwich“. Love getting the chicken sub, Philly steak, and Tuna sandwiches. I get them on wheat bread only. The staff is always pleasant and attentive, making sure that my order is made just right. I really appreciate that. Thank you, everyone who works there. Keep up the great job in keeping your customers happy.

We really liked Jersey Mike's in Burford. The food was fresh and really good. They freshly slice the meat and toppings were prepared fresh daily. Very clean environment with a helpful service team.
