New ownership and management March 2025!! Give this JJ’s another chance :) I’m so glad I did! I’ve had very bad experiences at this location a few times now and am so excited to hear things are changing for the better now! The man who took my large drive-thru order was SO kind & patient and I thanked him at the window. He told me this location has new ownership and management and that he’s been with the company 12 years! Definitely planning to be back soon!

Had an online pick up today and the dude didn’t even tell me my bread wasn’t toasted and wasn’t even cut in half. Had to ask for my drink cup. No pickles. And this bread is so damn hard.. I love jimmy John’s but this location is not it

They are always out of key ingredients. On this particular trip they were out of french bread. I didnt find that out until i got to the store 20 minutes after ordering. Do not order online at this location you will have to modify or cancel your order more often than not.

Look... I'm not one to normally leave a review like this. However... I placed an order for delivery through your app. Never had any issues before. I placed my order at 7:03pm and it went out for delivery at 7:37pm. All well and good until around 8:20 when I call the store because my delivery still hasn't arrived. I'm told the manager is out delivering and will be there soon. With apologies. No problem. Until about 8:40ish and there has still been no delivery, and my app says my order is still out for delivery. I decided to go to the store to see what was happening... less than two miles, but I'd opted for delivery due to a migraine. The lobby is closed. I go to the drive-thru and am informed they just closed. It's not even 9 pm yet. I state that I actually placed an order for delivery nearly two hours before. The young man knew exactly who I was and explained that as soon as we had hung up previously that his manager had called to say he couldn't find my apartment and that he would call me as soon as he got back and give me a refund. He offered to call the manager, and I said, "No. He can just refund me when he returns, and I'll take my business elsewhere." I did drive off, but returned to wait in the parking lot to ensure I did indeed receive my refund. Sorry... but I had no trust in whoever was working by this point. I just wanted to ensure I wasn't forgotten about. I was able to witness the managers return and the subsequent processing of my refund. As soon as my phone gave the alert, I left.

Again, I don't like posting reviews like this... yet, the biggest opportunity from this staff that worked the night of 2/23 was to have called me to inform me of any of the possible scenarios that could have happened or was told happened. I've had Jimmy John's drivers call me before. Why did I not receive a call this time? To ask me where my apartment was if they were having difficulty finding it... or to let me know deliveries were delayed for whatever reason...
I understand things happen. Maybe they were short-staffed, maybe something broke, I truly don't know other than what I was told.
JJ's make some of my favorite sandwiches, and I'll order again, but not from this location for the foreseeable future. As far as my actual star reviews... I received no food to rate and did not experience an atmosphere to rate.

I'd like to say the associate I spoke with directly was kind and courteous, and I had no issue in our interactions.
I'm simply asking the team to do better going forward in this regard.

I got there right at opening and the bread was FRESH. I actually had to wait a few minutes for them to finish baking it. They were very friendly. It was the best sandwich I've had from any Jimmy John's in a while. The Italian night club, add peppers. The best!

Not sure why I keep coming here. I’ve never once had decent service or wait time. Today at lunch, there was 1 worker to make sandwiches while the other took the orders. Not sure if the owner doesn't pay enough to get help.

Everytime I place an order at this location they’re out of bread ?!? On top of that they never contact me when I place the order via app so I drive all the way to location just to not have my order ready or an option to cancel. The one time I did cancel it took almost 2 weeks for my money to be refunded because the restaurant never cancels the order on their end. I will be going across town to Jersey mikes for now on. Today the lady in the drive through Thai was extremely rude at 1 pm 1/7/25
Update it took 45 minutes for them to make 2 BLT sandwiches

Decided to give this location another chance and it was still horrible. Had to call to check on my delivery after over half an hour when the store is 3 miles from my office and the girl told me they had to assign it to uber eats. Coincidently got a text right after that my order was assigned to uber eats. Finally got my order and the sandwich was disgusting. The first time I ordered from this store, I had to call after waiting forever and was told that they didn’t know what happened to their driver and refunded my order. Definitely learned my lesson and will not be ordering from this store ever again.

Best subs ever, very delicious! Very friendly staff and clean store! Freaky fast service! Staff does a great job with getting orders done during lunch rush with being short staffed! I will definitely be back!!
