Do not eat here! There will be hair in your food and they will not refund your money after giving you a hairy sandwich!

I decided to do drive-thru today, I will admit. In the past I haven't had an excellent experience with this location, so sometimes I'm hesitant to come. However, today I was really craving it and the lady in the Drive-Thru window was so incredibly kind. At the end of my visit I found out her name is Love. Not only was there a positive voice through the microphone, she repeated my order back to me at least two or three times. Made sure that she heard me correctly and that I was sure of my order! 10 out of 10. Recommend going as long as love is there because I love good service and I will continue going somewhere if the service is like that! Give Miss Love a raise!

And to be honest, I haven't even touched my food yet.

Cashier took my cash with gloves on and went right back to slicing meat without changing them after touching the money. Waited an unnecessary amount of time to be the only one in line to get a #11 missing the cheese and with warm salty turkey. I’ll pass on this location next time.

Be sure to check your sandwich is made properly before you leave. They will make it however they want. Drove back to have it corrected and they were rude and unapologetic

I wanted a sandwich toasted, and they said they could not toast that kind of sandwich. I have had that sandwich many times at other Jimmy John’s, and they toasted it without question. They lost my business because they wouldn’t do something that didn’t cost them anything

Go to another jimmy johns. The african american individual here with the nose ring doesn't do nothing but complain and then serves me a tuna sandwich that doesnt fill up. I basically got lettuce cucumber and tomato. So i asked politely to have a little more added since im paying $10 a sandwich. Making sandwiches is hard for people i guess.

I was waiting at the window for my toasted subs today during lunch, and I could see and hear the girl taking someone’s order at the speaker. While she was doing that, I heard yelling from inside because the drive-thru window was open. Things were a little hectic, but she kept her cool and didn’t miss a beat. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about people. I come here pretty often, and she’s definitely one of the regular faces around.

i ordered one of the toasted subs and a turkey sub. i asked them to toast the turkey sub also and he said they cant toast it. i will never come back to this location when the other store did it. lazy ppl. doesnt take but 15 seconds to toast it. worst service i ever experienced and i am here 4x a week

Ordered on Doordash with 30 minutes left to order and they cancelled the order. I haven't ordered from them in years as the customer service here has always been horrible. You would think they would be better by now but nope. Avoid until this location goes out of business.

New ownership and management March 2025!! Give this JJ’s another chance :) I’m so glad I did! I’ve had very bad experiences at this location a few times now and am so excited to hear things are changing for the better now! The man who took my large drive-thru order was SO kind & patient and I thanked him at the window. He told me this location has new ownership and management and that he’s been with the company 12 years! Definitely planning to be back soon!
