I decided to do drive-thru today, I will admit. In the past I haven't had an excellent experience with this location, so sometimes I'm hesitant to come. However, today I was really craving it and the lady in the Drive-Thru window was so incredibly kind. At the end of my visit I found out her name is Love. I was waiting at the window for my toasted subs today during lunch, and I could see and hear the girl taking someone’s order at the speaker. While she was doing that, I heard yelling from inside because the drive-thru window was open. Things were a little hectic, but she kept her cool and didn’t miss a beat. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about people. I come here pretty often, and she’s definitely one of the regular faces around.
