I ordered takeout and received 3 burned pizzas. We have usually been pleased with the food and service at Johnny's but today was very disappointing. All three were barely edible and were black on the bottom with black places on top with large bubbles.

This restaurant charges extra for using a credit card. This new practice is deceitful since you are never told till the end. In the future I will ask before ordering.

It has been so nice to have a Johnny’s near the house because the Pizza and Wings at the Sugarloaf location has been a wonderful Friday Night luxury. The new spot opened about 2 years ago but struggled with quality. But I must say, as of 2025, it is the Pizza spot in the Gwinnett; yes better than Mellow Mushroom in Suwanee. The service and quality food have improved over the last 2 years whereas it is our game day spot for Pizza. The addition of bourbon tasting has made the spot one of our favorites for food and upscale tastings. We recently had a veggie large with pepperoni and it was absolutely the “bomb!” If you have a taste for pizza and wings, we highly recommend. The tastings are typically the last Tuesday of every month and the owner has really tried to share the best (Pappa Winkle, Weller, etc.) with locals who love Bourbon.

We live fairly close to this Johnny's and its decent pizza. Atmosphere is super blah, gray everywhere and thats about it. The thing that really irritated me and may cause me to not go back is: they got rid of paper or real menus. Why you may ask? Well, I'll tell you why and its for two reasons.
1. Its so they can easily change prices online without having to spend money on new menus. And why? You may ask
That's because every time there is a new menu you automatically know one thing; they've raised thier prices. Its NEVER the other way around.
2. Is laziness and cheap to not offer real menus. Let me ask the genius owner of this Johnny's. You do realize you have older clientele that literally do not know how to use a QR code menu. AND if they do its harder to see the menu online. And its just a huge middle finger to anyone that's not tech savvy. So my suggestion is pick a different pizza shop to visit. Its not like Johnny's is that great a pizza. Catch a clue dorks who own/operate this establishment. And bye bye to my future money.

Man I have nothing but good stuff to say about this place. The pizza is amazing, and the staff are too. I had an issue one night with a pizza and Megan, one of the managers, went so far out of her way to make it right that it’s something you don’t really find anymore these days. Shout out to her, for real. 10/10 would highly recommend this specific Johnnys location. They have my return business until I either move or they do!

Have visited many Johnnys in the Atlanta area. Since moving up to this part of the metro, visited this location many times and have enjoyed every visit.
Definitely gets the top rating of all we’ve been to, quality of food, speed of service and even known enough to have our soda choices brought by default without asking!
Magon is just great and very customer focused although with other servers we’ve had.
Pizza, salads and wings all top notch!! So glad this Johnnys is now our ‘home base’.
