Very dissatisfied! I guess they forgot to add the pepperoni and ham when they baked my slice of meat pizza so they just laid them across the top after taking it out of the oven! Very lazy! Will not be back!

This is absolutely the thinnest pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. It's so thin you can practically see through it, and I needed two hands to pick it up. Complaint about it, and I was told this is "corporate standards." If that the case you will never eating at any of their restaurants. The flavor profile is similar to New York's style, but this is not New York pizza by any means.

Horrible service, I went with a big group of people. They messed up on our bills 3 times!! We spent more time trying to figure the bills out than we ate there. They even messed up on our food mutiple times!!

Very unprofessional. We got the wrong food multiple time which was finally corrected after numerous attempts. Then after I was brought the correct receipt but was charged way more than what was on my receipt. The food was good but based upon service I will not be back . The servers need to be properly trained.

Since moving to the area I frequently order in or for pickup at this Johnnys. I’ve been to my fair share of Johnnys throughout Gwinnett County, so far this is my favorite! Staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. Food is always good. And I have to say that I do not experience the same long wait times at this location that I’ve experienced at others. Originally from NJ, Johnnys is pretty darn close to what I’m use to enjoying back home.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely family and kid friendly!

Placed order online with a "later time". Arrived about 5min before set time and had to wait another 10-15 on the garlic knots.... why these weren't done before the pizza or timed better to be done by set time, not sure, but I don't much care for "lamp heated" pizza.

How is this place still open?
Tried to give this place another chance (after swearing to myself that I would NEVER be back) and I’m absolutely aggravated that I did.
How many times does the owner need to be told that his ovens are FILTHY and to clean the place up?
There’s nothing that the owner can say at this point to defend himself.
All he does is leave canned responses to all the reviews anyway.
The bottom of the pizza is covered in disgusting chunks of filth. The pizza tastes like chlorine and charcoal. You can see for yourself. There’s no cheese, there’s no sauce. (Has he run out of money? Everyone is saying the same things.)
I don’t understand how they are still in business at this point. Where is the heath department? That’s right, they don’t see the food served.
Everyone that I’ve ever spoke to about this location says they’ve tried it and will never be back. They have said that they’ve posted reviews here and on Nextdoor. The owner apologizes like it’s the first time he’s ever heard it, and does nothing about it.
I was excited when I saw that Johnny’s pizza moved into Buford. We used to drive to the Spout Springs location multiple times a month until 2019. Then we started going to Vinny’s. Vinny’s was closed tonight and we wanted pizza while we watched the ball game. This was more than a mistake on my part.
This location needs to close and another pizza place needs to go in. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t care and I don’t see how he’s not making people sick.
I took two bites and that was IT!
Don’t take my word for it - pictures don’t lie.
I should have taken more photos before throwing it out. When I took them, I wasn’t thinking about leaving a review. I took the photos to text someone else - to show what they served us. Response: “That’s really gross. You’re right they haven’t changed one bit. How are they still open? You need to leave them a review on Google” so here it is.
Photos are of what was supposed to be just your normal “large cheese pizza”. Where is the cheese and sauce? GROSS
DISGUSTED.

I rarely post, however, I’m compelled in this case. Johnny are all over the metropolitan, therefore, I know the menu by heart. The restaurant & restroom was clean. The server was attentive and polite.
I had a Turkey Sub that was very subpar. I accustomed to it being served open face with robust protein making it a challenge to fold & consume. (Thats what I want). Instead, it was like a Turkey sandwich my mom would put in a brown bag lunch. Pathetic. I guess shrink flation has made it to Johnny. The beer was cold. Be well.

Pizza crust, cheese and toppings are extra fresh and delicious. But first I started with mini garlic knots and a sangria. And then finished with cinnamon knots. That right there is a perfect meal folks ?.
