Worst customer service ever , very rude staff! No knowledge at all!

Even though both the service and food were good, I cannot say the same about their honesty. Both my husband and I went there last night (12/30/25) with our oldest adult son to have dinner. I kept asking John, our server if our salad had any traces of cheese or dairy. I am lactose intolerant as well as I follow a gluten-free diet. He said no and added that he was also lactose intolerant. I ordered Teriyaki chicken with steamed white rice and vegetables. Upon arriving home, I started to pass out foul-smelling gas as well as experience stomach bloating and discomfort followed by joint like pain and pressure-like head discomfort. These are the usual symptoms I experience if I accidentally eat anything with dairy in it. It lasted a good portion of last night into today. I did my research after the fact and found out that most restaurants like to add either cream or butter to their Teriyaki sauces to make it more thicker. This is very unjust and disheartening for people like myself with dietary restrictions. Do not offer gluten or dairy free options if you are not going to abide by regulations. I will NOT be returning here again, it was my first and LAST time! I will make sure to use all of my social media platforms to call them out on their deception.

I recommend avoiding this place. I was here with my family, and the staff did not inform us about the rats that were running around the restaurant. They should not have gotten this many stars, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is very questionable. Sticky floors and questionable cleanliness. They need to be audited for vermin, cleanliness, and the efficiency of the staff in using the equipment. Makes you double-think about the food prep and how clean it is before you consume it.

Tiffany our server was very kind despite her other tables giving her a hard time she was v nice to my daughter other staff and management were very attentive would love to come back came during holidays and they gave my daughter a gift bag!

the manger was very disrespectful and rude! We ordered a filet mignon and got a strip instead not only that but we said we didn’t want it he cooked only of them even when we said not to which isn’t his fault it’s the servers for not getting our order right after expressing what we wanted twice. he tried to fix the receipt by “taking off the steak which was 25 dollars” our total was 175 but then brought it down to 170 the server also said who wants free ice cream of course we said yes and then charged us for the ice cream

Make sure you're expectations are low if you decide to eat here or your service and experience will definitely disappoint!! Food, service, and experience is definitely disgusting. I even tried to speak with a manager that was more combative than anything. There was a bug running around and a baby in my drink. Go anywhere but here for your food safety. I will be contacting the health department. This place is a dump. Try a hibachi establishment that actually care about all their customers!! A negative was definitely all this spot is worthy of! This garbage they call.hibachi is bottom tier.....Cheap and NASTY!! FYI their score is 83.....stay away from this DUMP!!! Trying to prevent another case of food poisoning!!!

I ordered takeout and the lobster was very smelly and mushy, the filet mignon was dry. I could not take more than 2 bites. The worst experience I have ever had with a hibachi restaurant
