Went out to the margaritaville lights at Lanier and decided to come here after we had a pretty large group of like 20 people and the doors were locked at like 8:30 PM, the posted CLOSE time was 11:00 PM. They locked the doors because they saw a large group coming.. poor service.

I had a mobile order. I went through the drive through and they made me come inside to wait. I waited almost 20 minutes and they forgot ALL 3 of the mini chicken sandwiches I ordered. They forgot the sauce for my tenders. And they kept double checking the bag so I’m thinking there’s no way they missed anything. I get almost 30 minutes home and they forgot 3 whole chicken sandwiches!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Will be calling CS as well!

At one point in time they as a team was on point with orders and everythingbeing in a timely manor...after waiting (which i have no issue with the waing for my order part) I received my order not in full missing chicken from the bucket...Just please be mindful of what you give thr customer and I blame myself as well for not checking...

We stopped in at this KFC and decided to dine in. The woman at the counter was very friendly, helpful, and got our order right. The dining room was very clean and very tastefully decorated for a fast food place.
The new grilled chicken breasts are exceptionally good. Very juicy, very flavorful, with crispy skin. As a carnivore diet person, I hope this option stays on the menu.
I highly recommend this particular KFC. Stay far away from the one on Lawrenceville-Suwannee Road in Suwannee.

Great value and quality! $10 for 8 pieces of drumsticks and thighs, or $20 for 16 pieces—such a good deal. The chicken was juicy, perfectly fried, and not overly salty. Everything, including the chicken and drinks, was sealed well—super convenient for summer, especially with all the mosquitoes around.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. It’s such a relief to finally find a KFC that feels just like the ones I used to go to back in my home country. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to KFC 3 days in a row. Each time told me 30 min. Wait on chicken. Each time the place was not crowded. How do you have a restaurant that only sells chicken that never has chicken.

Apparently They'll just ignore you if they feel like it. Multiple people in the drive thru, an hour before close, and the people in there didn't care one bit
Ordered food, store didnt have what I ordered. Tried to get me to sub it for something else. Did not want it. Requested refund. They could not give me refund. Said you have to call customer service to request one. They stole my money. Will never visit any KFC ever again. Buford location has always sucked.

I come 5/14 at 10.30pm and i go to drive thru for pickup from uber. No body there buy the light still on. And i call the restaurant somebody answer and he say restaurant already closed so he can't make the order. But information this restaurant closed at 11pm. Im already waste my time and gas for nothing. Please appreciate each other!!!
