The sad part is these people don't know the difference between white meat and dark meat but they still charge us regardless the Beaufort KFC is incompetent and should be managed differently or by somebody different

If I could give zero stars I would!! Worst customer service EVER. I CALLED TWICE AND EMPLOYEE KEPT HANGING UP AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The manager is tweaking tbh, he took the order wrong even while training a new employee, the food wasn’t good, and the stuff was not really fresh. He also had a disgusting attitude.Funniest part, we got a 8 piece family meal and I asked for some ketchup, he deadass gave me 4 packets 😂

I have been here three times. Because I love KFC. But today was a little bit off. The staff was not so friendly which I can understand because we all have our days. The food was horrible on my third time being there. If I had any advice to give them it would be to please keep the energy the same from the first time I came into the establishment. Overall I mean I still ate my food. Just wish it was a little better this third time around.

Ordered take out from this location on doordash and ruined my entire order. Everything was WRONG. Reading is fundamental. I ordered a 2pc meal white meat breast and wing extra crispy. I received a leg and a thigh original. They just said they gone give me what they want. It’s 7:40p who is working tonight on 2/8/25. It’s already bad enough we have to pay these ridiculous fees on doordash, but to pay for it and it not be what you even ordered is ridiculous. And yes I would’ve driven but my vehicle is being mechanically worked on. I have to remember this is not chic fil a. That’s why they get paid what they do, shame on KFC.

When I visited this particular KFC, the chicken was not seasoned correctly nor did it resemble the typical KFC chicken appearance. I have the typical KFC chicken seasoning taste or flavor.

I ordered a bucket of 8pc with biscuits and two sides. The gentleman at the register told me that I couldn't get the biscuits because his system didn't show the biscuits were included. I showed him my confirmation email showing the biscuits were included and he said no. I just decided to pay for a new order of biscuits. At the end I was able to called customer service and I got my money back. Bad customer service.

Shamar the “managing partner “ isn’t doing anything positive for the business. He has no attention to the customers and lets the lunch rush stand at the counter without acknowledgment. He did it to me and the next customer.

That’s so frustrating! They definitely should have told you upfront about the wait time, especially since you called ahead. Driving 30 minutes just to find out you’ll have to wait another 30 for your order feels like a complete oversight on their part. A heads-up over the phone could have saved you all that time and hassle—either by letting you order in advance or by being clear that it’d take a while. It’s amazing how basic communication can make or break customer service. Hopefully, they’ll get the message and make sure to inform people properly in the future!

If I could give this place a zero I would!! Came to the drive thru approximately 7:35pm 10/15. Was immediately acknowledged. We advised we needed a minute to make our decision. Was then advised “ to circle back around because we were running up the timer” after MAYBE a 2 minute review of the menu!. I’m not sure where the shift manager Eugene or the drive thru employee Brian took their customer service course. But as a paying customer and NOT an employee of KFC this was absurd. Being advised it’s a “respect thing” and to pull back around to a “viewing menu” is insane! Popeyes would never! This escalated to a near disaster for all involved which resulted in me entering the location to understand where on the menu was it noted don’t pull to next menu unless ready to order to not run a timer I can not see nor have an interest in!. Def following up with the Store Manager/ DM/ corporate first thing in the morning! Shame on KFC for allowing their employees to provide such a low customer service level to those who keep the business running.

I will no longer be going to KFC. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Manager on duty on October 22nd 2024 around 5:30 p.m. was rude disrespectful and implied I was stupid for not reading the coupon I had.
