I called 3x and I was met with a very hostile employee who said to stop calling this number the second time, because and I quote "it was annoying" lol ? firstly the number is located on the website. First time I called (10:28am) I realized I called 2 minutes before they opened so that was my mistake so I patiently waited for them to open at 10:30am (2.mins later) to call back, even though they rudely hung up on me the first time. So two minutes later I called and a very aggressive and volatile personality, who probably will spit in your food for their amusement because they exhibit disgusting vile personality traits, answered. To my shock and to my amusement I called back for a third time to try to get ahold of someone and they hung up. So it began a game of call tag started. Then they started calling my personal number from their private lines lol ? I will be contacting corporate because they are the most petty people I have ever met in the Customer Service world. I like to know in advance before I show up to an establishment if they have what I need instead of going there and being surprised. I used to work in fast food as a teenager and wow somethings never change. I hope this review made someone laugh as it made me and my friends laugh. They all need manners and to answer the phone like they are supposed to "hello KFC can I help you?" Not so hard is it??Don't spend your money here it's not like they need the money to support the KFC scholarship fund because let's get real, they aren't going.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered the family meal. 8 tenders that were definitely left over from lunch, 8 pieces of chicken and a couple sides. The tenders were SO DRY AND HARD y'all. And small. Omg no one could eat them. Chicken was dryyyyyyy and gross. Fries were old and soggy. The biscuits! The biscuits were light and old and dry. One even had some weird stuff on it. Ugh. For how expensive they are im surprised at how disgusting the food is. Save your money!!!! This place sucks.

Every online order, they come up with missing items, like, no fries, no wings , no sides… always they have excuses. Today, my pick up was 6:30pm and i am waiting almost 30 min for my food, they are saying they need more 10/15 mints. Same excuse, we dont have extra crispy chicken….

I was so impressed with everything about this kfc that I went on to leave a review. I was very surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I'm not sure who hurt those people but my entire experience was great. Fast friendly service, delicious hot food, and constant absolute fire coming through the speakers.
Their grilled chicken is delicious! Yes, I said "GRILLED"! I use to be a fan of KFC original recipe but a string of bad experiences including inedible chicken, poorly prepared sides, and bad service at a different location made me want to avoid KFC for over 3 years. My husband wanted KFC tonight, but I didn't really want fried food. However, I saw the sign said Kentucky "grilled" chicken. I didn't see grilled chicken on the drive-thru menu board, but they confirmed they have it. I ordered a two-piece box, and it was hot, moist, and flavorful! The green beans were well-seasoned and cole slaw slightly tangy and good too, and the biscuit was hot, fresh and flaky. His original recipe meal with mashed potatoes was good too. We will definitely be back soon!

On 10/20/2023 ar 6:30 PM after driving 7 hours from Kentucky we stopped at this KFC in Buford, Ga for take home. After ordering and paying for 8pc meal we decided 2 3pc dinners would be better. We were told they couldn’t change order because credit card had already been charged. Asked him to refund card and recharge the card. He said that would mess up his nighttime closing. We said just cancel and refund our card since we had not received our order and it would be 10 minutes before biscuits were ready. The manager opened the register handed my wife $29.00 cash and said here’s your money now get out!!!! Needless to say KFC lost a customer!!!!!

The location at 928 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville GA (next to McDonald's) took almost 45 minutes to get my order together this evening. My order was an 8-Piece Meal that includes 2 sides. Nothing special, nothing out of normal. The time stamp on my receipt was 6:12 pm and I walked out with my food at 6:50 pm. The date is 10/28/23 and my order # is 106920, in case any is curious. This is a corporate store which means it is a duel with Taco Bell. I recommend you stay away! The food was tasty tho!

I am not sure about the service, but I am sure about the food. When I was young, this place served the best chicken ever. However, things change, and this is unfortunately the case for KFC. The chicken is greasy, and it tastes nothing like it used to back then.
