One of my favorite spots for boba tea, relaxing with friends, or ever for a bite to eat. Everything here is good and very authentic! 10/10 would recommend!

Banh Mi (Grilled Pork) was so flavorful, the kick was amazing. I’ve never had a taro coconut milk tea before, and I must say, it’s probably my favorite flavor now!

Great place for Vietnamese food, the people that worked there (or own the place?) Are very nice. The food was great, lots of veggies and spices. There are games you can play and the atmosphere is good. The only strong downside is the food is served of styrofoam, which is definitely a downside with the chemicals and microplastics that leach of into the food.

This was a cute Vietnamese tea place! The lady at the front taking our order was nice! The music was great and they had a good selection of games to play. We didn't realize we had stayed passed closed but no one said anything! We felt welcomed and no pressure to leave. Will definitely be coming back!
The place has lots of drink options. With some food selection. The coffee I had was delicious it was filled with more ice and the couple of sip was gone quick. The waffles I tried were great only if it wasn't made in the same oils of other food. It had some seafood squid after taste. The shops located close off the interstate and you would have to make a u turn to get Into the shopping plaza.

They have these small empanadas that are really good , also the waffle with fruit/ice cream.**Update **Today, I went back and the food is really good , portion size is also great . I got the tamarid wings with fries. I never had tamarid wings, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was very good (a hint of spicy/sweetness).The Chicken with fried rice was good too, it was light and seemed healthy.

I checked out this place because my mom went first and said that 1 banh xeo is enough for 2 people. She was absolutely right; I've never seen banh xeo this big. I ordered 3 to go, and they came out fresh and crispy. (They tasted even better than my grandma makes them, and I almost never say that.) I'm not sure if it was the owner, but a staff member helped me carry the trays out to my car because they were so large. I also ordered some banh khot and finished almost half while driving home; otherwise, the portion size for them is also pretty large. Phenomenal food, portion sizes, and service. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends and family looking for authentic Vietnamese food!
