Kokee tea really is a hit or miss for boba. A lot of people tend to like it but more tend to dislike it. I am very neutral about it; I've had both good and bad experiences. It is located near Macys on the second floor at the Mall of Georgia so your best option would be to park near there. It Is not a place where you can sit and talk with your friends, it's more of a grab and go like all the other places at the mall. The customer service isn't bad at all, but it also isn't the best. One time I went with my friend, and they usually get the Oreo shaken expresso, but this time they got the brown sugar shaken expresso. My friend tasted it and didn't like it. They said it tasted like pure milk. My friend nicely asked if it was possible to just add more brown sugar, the baristas didn't even have to remake it. One of the baristas did offer to remake it, but then the cashier that helped my friend interrupted and said, "usually when I make it I have to wait for the flavoring to just sit." This did throw us off guard though since the cashier didn't even make the drink. Someone else had made the drink and it was handed to my friend before they finished paying. We just thanked them and walked away. After like 20 minutes the drink still tasted the same, and my friend clearly didn't like it. I asked if they wanted to go back and tell them, but they said no because one, they hate confrontation; and two they were scared they would get told no because they had drunk almost half of the drink. I even offered to go back and ask for them, but my friend said no, so we just decided to leave it at that. I have had good experiences here though; the staff is usually very sweet and understanding. A good experience I've had here is when a group of friends and I went to the mall and decided to get some boba. We decided to stop at kokee tea, since that's the only place in the mall where my friend likes to get their boba, and one of our friends got a drink they didn't really like. My friend mentioned this to us, and the barista happened to overhear by accident. He then offered to make her another drink, which was extremely nice of him since he didn't have to do that at all. We were extremely thankful for this. The customer service is honestly just a hit or a miss. You just have to try and get lucky to go on a day where they're in a good mood or there's nice baristas. The drinks here are honestly not bad at all. They can be good sometimes. My personal favorite from Kokee tea is the purple love which is the Taro milk tea. My least favorite that I've tried would have to be the matcha milk tea, which I love matcha and have tried at many different locations. A drink I would say is neutral is the coffee milk tea. If you like coffee and have never tried boba before I would say this is a pretty good drink to start with. Kokee tea doesn't only sell boba though, they sell other things like: cute little keychains, milks, waters, macaroons, and other treats. Overall I would say that if you've never tried boba before kokee tea is definitely not the place to try your first one at. The drinks and customer service are very bipolar. There are other locations at the mall like Ding Tea which is located on the second floor by the movie theater. In my opinion they have better drinks, customer service, and they also have desserts which are delicious.

First off, the drinks I got were exquisite and had a luscious taste. Second, the customer service was beyond exceptional. I hope our cashier, Lindsey Metteauer, receives a generous incentive for her outstanding service. She truly deserves it. She was really welcoming and warmhearted and honestly made my day. The store itself was very ornamented and cozy. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting when you get the chance.

Taro Boba tea here is by far the worse one I've had. Tasted like medicine. Also, while my adult sister was looking at keychains, owner moved it away from her like she thought she was gonna steal a cheap key chain from her. Never coming again and I am definitely throwing my tea out since it's undrinkable.

I love this place. MY FAVORITE PLACE OF ALL TIME!!! All the other boba shops are meh but Kokee Tea is the best in my opinion. Boba was fresh and the smoothie was smooth and creamy and tasted like actual fruit, instead of powder and chemicals. It’s a must try! ❤️❤️❤️

Drinks - 2*I've tried multiple things from here and the boba is average and the flavors and presentation is boring.Service - 3*They try their best but they are just way too busy.Ambiance - N/ANowhere to sit so N/A but waiting in such long lines at the mall might be points off for many. The line gets so long you may just turn around when you see it.Basically try any other boba place. Kokee feels mass produced for me but the business can't fail since they are located inside the mall.

I usually love to go to Kokee Tea every time I am at the Mall of Georgia, but today I had a bad experience. I ordered one of my usuals, the Strawberry Milk Tea. When I drank it, the drink did not taste right at all. Not like how it usually does. Also, the drink I got was brown, not pink, despite the label reading that it was indeed my order (so it’s not like I picked up someone else’s order). I then go back in line and explain to the cashier that my drink was made wrong. I said I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and that I wasn’t mad or anything, but if they can remake the drink. The cashier looked at the label and told me I was wrong, and that it is indeed Strawberry Milk Tea because the label says so. I acknowledged that the label does say “Strawberry Milk Tea” but it does not taste like it. It was just a simple mistake. The drink doesn’t look like how it usually does. As I am showing the cashier the drink, he grabs it, TAKES A SIP FROM THE STRAW, and proceeds to try to hand it back to me, gesturing that it does indeed taste wrong, but he wanted me to deal with it anyway. I gave him a confused look and he ended up retracting his statement and remade the drink anyway. All the while he was giving me major attitude. Like, listen, I’m not gonna say that the customer is always right, but if I said the drink doesn’t taste right, just spare yourself the time and remake it. That’s what you’re supposed to do. I wasn’t going in there causing a ruckus. The whole time I was apologizing profusely. And what was this guy thinking? Taking a sip out of my drink and trying to hand it back to me?? Gross! I’m not even posting this review because of the mistake with my order. Mistakes happen. It was just that awful cashier. There are other places for boba tea in the mall that I will go to instead from now on. Kokee Tea will not be receiving my business anymore.
It is a boba tea house. Often overpriced al says consistent. It puts the sweet and tapioca into teas.

The taro milk tea with tapioca here was one of the worst I have ever tried. I wish i could have thrown it out, but for the price I paid I had to drink it. If you like Taro from Pearl's tea run away from this place...it has a really strange aftertaste. The first and last time I'll be here.
