0 stars if I could. We placed an order for the Pac-Man dozen online. Only to be told AFTER we drove 30 minutes, they'd have to substitute almost HALF of them for plain donuts. 1. What is the point of accepting an order you cannot fill? To piss off a long time customer? In that you succeeded! 2. You ACTUALLY expected me to pay the FULL SPECIALTY price for plain glazed donuts! 3. You had the audacity to put "customer no longer wanted order" as the reason for the refund. No dude....We WANTED the order....YOU failed to provide it. Do Better! You are a donut shop...here's a wild and crazy thought...MAKE MORE TO FILL YOUR ORDERS!!!!
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
I purchased a dozen of the Hershey Doughnuts Friday around 6:45 drove home ,and after dinner found out the Doughnuts were old. I payed $20.00 for a box of Doughnuts and this is what I got.....Iam in Ga the store over at mall of Ga Buford.
I love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts but this was terrible experience. Please help.
On 03/15/2025, I stopped at the drive through to get a dozen Chocolate Iced doughnuts, pulled up to the window and gave them cash. I was given change back and they handed me a box. It was probably my fault I didn't 'check their work' when I received the box. I drove home and opened the box to get a doughnut to snack on. I don't know WHAT these are, but they are NOT Chocolate Iced doughnuts.
I DID notice a number of them had indentations in them (look for yourself) so instead of costing at least that much in gas to go back up and get them replaced, I paid about $18.00 for something to go in the trash.
Take time and examine your order before you leave the window.

Went into the store approximately 4:05pm on 2/23/25. Inquired with a young girl at the front desk about an online order I had placed, she informed me that it wasn’t ready. I proceeded to wait 5 to 10 minutes and everyone was just talking and on their phones no urgency and getting my order ready. I asked someone if the could get the manager on shift for me. He came up and when I explained the Situation, He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ask for his name and the owner’s name which he replied he wasn’t going to give me. I proceeded to take a picture of him and he tried to grab my phone out of my hand. He then went back into the manager’s office, a short time later to take a picture of me. I told him I wanted A refund and he just completely ignored me. I called the corporate Krispy Kreme number to make a report of this incident also called Gwinnett County Police Department to make them aware of the unwanted assault of the manager, trying to take my property out of my hands. I will never go back to this location and will tell people to avoid at all cost.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER.
It’s been a week and no one as bothered contacting me . I got sent an email for a free dozen donuts. This is ridiculous that no one at corporate has contacted me after being assaulted at your establishment.
First off I work in customer service, so I’m huge on greeting and welcoming customers. Walk in, no acknowledgment. Just a lot of employees standing around watching the HOT doughnuts come out. Then as I finally get a chance to order @ 530pm (Hot Sign Hours 5-7), I receive my glazed doughnuts cold AND no ingredients for the new limited coffee they’re advertising so good luck trying that.
At that point I just left. Waste of time and extremely frustrating for a transaction that is literally as simple as 123. I won’t be back.

Service was horrible. The cashier told me he could not make any lattes and he could make me a flavor of coffee, but wasn’t sure if it would taste good or not. The bathrooms were disgusting. I ended up leaving and not getting anything won’t be back ever again to this location. They’re putting a bad name for Krispy Kreme.

The floors were disgusting! Employees didn't answer the drive thru. We waited for 5 mins then pulled around and my husband went in and passed two employees leaving walking into the parking lot. Two other employees inside the restaurant just ignored him standing there waiting to order. Then eventually the two employees that were outside came in and finally took his order. Definitely won't be back to this location.

The donuts are still great, but we felt like we were bothering the drive thru attendant by placing the order. If the donuts weren't so good we probably wouldn't be back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Went here with my mom to buy a some doughnuts. Since it's the Christmas season, they were selling Grinch inspired doughnuts. It wasn't too crowded inside and service for the most part was alright. We ended up getting a dozen doughnuts with one of each of the Grinch designed ones, and random assorted ones. You can still see the traditional glazed doughnuts being made on the conveyer system behind the glass display in the dinning room area which can be fun to watch. The doughnuts were sweet and tasty. Overall a good experience.

When I got to the store there were around 6/7 people standing by the tables, no one in the front , one person or two in the lines packing donuts. They all were talking and completely ignored me while the person in the line was saying hell no .. hell no.. for about 5 minutes until my husband walked in and asked them until what time you are open in which one person answered 10pm — after that She helped us to get the donuts but was not paying by attention at all so much that we had to tell her twice the donuts we were getting and she kept talking to the guy from the line saying no it’s ok you can have mine I don’t need it and so on .. I saw the machine moving so I asked, are you guys making donuts or cleaning the machine, in which she answered no … ok well all of this to say customer service is really bad. . .

I wish that Krispy Kreme would go back to the donut they used to have with a buttercream filling where the donut was a glazed donut not chocolate-covered they have not had that in years and they were my favorites
