This location has been hit or miss to me. This visit my 2 doughnuts were great. But the hot coffee i got was ice cold. I was on 85N before I took a sip off my coffee. So I was going back. I had a funny feeling that experience wasn't going to be good. Only because the young that created me seemed to not be in a good mood.

Awful Service the woman that attend us was in such a Bad mood. She didn’t want to accept cash, but the way she returned me the money and the roll in the eyes, Make me don’t want to come back never.

This location does not accept cash, but doesn't let you know until you pull up to the window. Also,the donuts were stale, cold and bland. Nothing like a normal Krispy Kreme.

I came here because the red light was on and i wanted fresh donuts that were hot, they in fact were not hot. Wasted $15. Over priced too.

3rd bad experience so I had to write about it. I entered the drive thru line at 6:58am. The hot sign was on, and I wanted to order 3 original glaze doughnuts. I was told that they only had hot glazed shells so I agreed. I sat in the line until 7:10am to leave with nothing. The worst Kristy Kreme to go to in the morning.

Went at 630am. Cold doughnuts probably made off site. Just go get them from any gas station. Also the lights are all off and it doesn't even look like it's open anymore.

On chocolate day young lady did not no the chocolate glazed was %50 off. The special also was 2nd dozen 9.99. I was charged 14.99 for the second box. Employees doing a job there not train to do or equipment with base knowledge. Being over charged over $5 plus tax is ridiculous.

Came through the drive through to grab a Dozen Donuts for the 4th of July & the girl who took our order at the window was so sweet, she embodied what customer service is all about. I did not catch her name but her nails were so cute with little bows! Thank you so much for making my day truly!
