Out of everything I tried to order. They admitted they know items are popular this time of year, but they’re completely out at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Ordered TWO coffees but only got one coffee and only charged for one, even though we ordered TWO. Didn’t give us creamer or sugar for coffee, and the spots for creamer and napkins next to straws were completely empty. When we got home and were able to finally put sugar and creamer in the coffee, it was gross, and the inside of the cup looked dirty.

I went through the drive thru when the “hot and fresh” light was on, and was given cold donuts.
Krispy Kreme has really gone down hill since the last time I had them. All the donuts left a nasty taste in my mouth, and for the price of the small donuts, I’ll go elsewhere next time.
Not like they used to be at all.

This location has giving me stale donuts on 2 separate occasions. Very disappointing to get home and realize the dozen is full of not so fresh donuts.
Hours show open 6am (Sunday) it's 6:53, workers inside but all doors locked. Several of us in parking lot. Not good business
If I could give this place a - stars, I would. Workers are TRASH & inconsiderate. Take your order at the speaker and when you go up to the window it wasn’t even rung up. Workers get mad when asking simple questions. DO BETTER!

I had to repeat my order like 5 times before they were able to get my order!!!!! That was frustrating, then when I tell them the order they say they don’t have certain doughnuts !!! Frustrating!!!! So we pay and my son saw the drive thru worker sneeze on our Doughnuts so I asked her about it she said no but he said he saw her!!! Not the best experience probably won’t go back to that location!!!

Latest Episode: I am updating my review again regarding the consistent poor customer service I have experienced at this particular Krispy Kreme location for over a year. I visit this location regularly usually once a week to purchase two dozen donuts along with specialty items. Although I have encountered ongoing issues, I continued going because it is close to my home. However, the experience I had on Monday was unacceptable and deeply hurtful.
The primary concern has been that the staff, who appear to be very young, consistently demonstrate a lack of respect and customer service. I asked about the member reward special for $7.99 between 7 PM and 9 PM. The associate told me that the price only applies when the “Hot” sign is on. I explained that I did not need hot donuts; I simply wanted to purchase the deal. Instead of assisting me, she put her head down and began laughing, and another staff member joined in. They continued laughing at me without explanation. As a Black woman with an accent, this was especially painful, as I am aware that African individuals are often mocked for our accents and cultural differences. It was humiliating and disheartening to experience this from people who look like me.
I asked to speak to a manager, but the supervisor who came to assist focused only on completing my order and did not address the behavior of the employees, who continued laughing and talking about me while standing right there with other young workers. I explained that this type of treatment has happened multiple times at this location and I simply want it to stop. I am not asking for free services or discounts; only basic respect. I will continue to visit this Krispy Kreme because of how close it is to my daughter’s school, and I do not want to feel uncomfortable or disrespected every time I go there.
When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told the manager’s contact information could not be shared. I left feeling embarrassed and upset. I later contacted Krispy Kreme customer service directly and filed a complaint. The representative I spoke with was very kind and assured me that this matter would be addressed. I had to formally filed a complaint with BBB so this will stop. Again, I am not asking for anything free, just that the ongoing disrespectful treatment be taken seriously and corrected.
I had to update my review because every visit to this location has been unpleasant. The only reason I still come here is because it’s convenient, but the young workers consistently lack customer service skills, they’re not friendly, welcoming, or professional at all.
I placed an online order, and when I arrived, the young lady told me to wait even though the order was already ready, but it was missing the fall item I had ordered. She told me to cancel it online, which I wasn’t able to do, so I said I’d just come back the next day. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered something online only to find out when I arrive that it’s unavailable. I even started ordering in advance to avoid long waits inside, but that hasn’t helped either.
The overall experience has been disappointing, and it’s clear that management doesn’t care, it shows in how the staff treat their customers. I come here once a week to get donuts for my daughter’s teachers, and if it weren’t for that, I would have stopped coming long ago. Unfortunately, I’ll keep coming until the end of the school year, but I am extremely disappointed with this location.
I’ve already submitted a complaint to corporate, and offering vouchers or tokens isn’t the solution. What this store really needs is proper customer service training and leadership that values and respects customers.
