Today is my birthday and my husband wanted to buy me my favorite cake. I LOVE German Chocolate Cake. He goes to the store and sees that they have a German chocolate cake in the refrigerator section and buys it for me. When I see the cake, it looks very nice, but I had a feeling that when I cut into it, it wouldn't actually be a German Chocolate Cake. Of course, when my husband cut me a slice of cake and I look at the cake inside it ISN'T German chocolate cake. It's Chocolate Cake with German Chocolate Frosting. This is extremely disappointing. This is the second year that my husband has tried to get me German Chocolate Cake for my birthday, and the bakerys are just making chocolate cake with the German chocolate frosting on it. Does any bakery know how to make German chocolate cake? Do they actually know what German Chocolate Cake is??? The cake is very good, just not what I wanted. I would love it if they sold traditional (light brown Sweet German Chocolate no cocoa) German Chocolate Cake.

Waited in the parking lot for click list pickup 25 minutes. Girl in the store forgot my name and they had to come back out to the car to get it. Waited 15 minutes after she came out and called the store to ask where the food was. Got home and found they gave me a half eaten bag of grapes, a withered stem and all but two grapes shed off the stem on the bottom of the bag. Terrible service. Who wants to eat these grapes? Awful just awful. I have a video but this review will only let me upload a photo.

Once again I got home from your store and some of my purchased items were not placed in my cart This happens so often there and I’m really tired of it I have to go get these items again as I need them for thanksgiving dinner!

Pharmacy always takes a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions and never take their customers needs into consideration. Pharmacy staff is also very rude to customers. All around service is god awful. I've used Kroger on Hamilton mill for my prescriptions for YEARS now they're just garbage and do not value customer service in the slightest.

Be very careful shopping here, the shelves are full of expired food. Expired meats, dairy, veggies, etc. Someone is going to get very sick. It's JUNE and there were egg beaters on the shelf from APRIL. Not just one random box either, a whole row! Also one week expired steaks. I hate shopping here but it's the closest to our home.

Had my doctor sent a prescription to your pharmacy for Cosopt on Thursday. Got a call later that day the drug wasn't in stock, and it would need to be ordered. Nothing on Friday. Nothing on Saturday. On Sunday we call and are told it's back ordered, it's not manufactured anymore and there are supply issues and that tomorrow (Monday) you'll call the dr for an alternative. Nevermind that's 4 days since the drug was needed and you want me to wait another 24-48 hours minimum. Nev
