I Drove through the drive through , opened the window to order my food ,,,,,,,, and was overwhelmed by the stench from rotted food, grease, etc.. they need to clean up the surrounding and the back of the property near the drive through !!!! If this is what it smells like, hope the food isn’t just as horrible???

Owner is not investing any $ into the facility. However, kitchen food prep area was clean. My burgers and fries were delicious and ? hot. Staff of teenagers were polite and professional. Everyone was wearing gloves.Staff swamped and overwhelmed. Owner needs to do better with hiring a janitor. Floors were extremely dirty. However, kitchen area was very clean.

If Chick-fil-A can do why can't all of the other fast food places do it?Pay more and you will, or should be able to hire better employees and it all starts from the top. If the owner doesn't care what goes on or how the employees are treated or how the customers are treated you end up with a business just like this one.I realize its hard to find good quality people, but its not impossible because CFA does it. If I owned a Krystals or any other fast food business I would get a job at CFA and learn from the best.

Just went here for lunch. My order was not accurately prepared and the food was reheated and couldn't even bite into the sandwhich.Last but not least, there's a 4% fee for non-cash transaction. This is 2022, nobody is using cash these days, especially with a coin shortage. Charging 4% extra just for using a card is insane. Last time ever eating at this location or any Krystals restaurant.

12:35pm and they are closed during a lunch rush. I saw a few employees earlier there as I was making deliveries nearby. I had a pickup here and the line was long and heldup. Took 5-10 minutes for each car at the speaker to realize no one was there. I guess the staff went home.

The young lady who took our order was super friendly and did an amazing job. Is this Era short staffed restaurants and hard to find customer service... she was a shining star should be commended. I didn't get her name but I think she was the only one working the drive thru for lunch today. Great job young lady

I ordered online with the Krystal app at 2:20 on a Saturday to be picked up in the restaurant at 3:15. Got to the restaurant and the doors where locked. Went through drive thru and got to the speaker. This was at 3:24. Told person on speaker that about order and she said order was not ready and would be a while. I asked why. She said they where busy and was very rude. She said they have been busy all day. I asked when it would be done she did not answer. Just remained silent. After a couple minutes of me asking if any one was there she hollered at me to pull around. I got to the window and the drive thru person, did not greet me, did not apologize, did not say anything nice. Very bad customer service. She kept the window closed for at least 2 to 3 minutes until she opened it and the 1st thing she said, she told me, not asked me to move forward. I asked why and she said they had not even started my order. I asked how long and she said she did not know. I asked for manager and she said she was manager it would be 10 minutes.she told me again to pull forward. All she had to do was be a little nicer, apologize for it not being ready after more than an hour after I ordered and I would have pulled forward. I told her no, she could make it and I would take it there. She refused to make the order till I pulled forward and after a few minutes of going back and forth they started making the orders of the customers behind me and serving them and refused to make my order. They could not or would not give me my money back because I ordered online. I paid 35 dollars for the ordered they refused to make it. That's robbery. I called the police and moved forward. Whe I was waiting for the police. The lady came out with my order and when I told her I called the police she "boo who" and refused to give me my order again and walked back in the restaurant. This was at 4:09. Police finally showed and I finally got my order. Customer Service is really lacking and I was generous to give 2 stars. I put all this in comments on the Krystals customer service and still haven't heard from them.
