Today (March 7, 2024), my daughter and her boyfriend ordered two cups of boba tea and kung fu tea karaage chicken and brought them home, but while eating them, a parasite-like bug came out of the food. When I touched the parasite with a wooden skewer, it was moving. Luckily my daughter found it before she could eat it, but I will never buy anything from here again. I hope others will be careful when buying food here.

I love the food…but the winter melon tea tastes like water. Not sure if someone messed up. I wish I was at the store so I could ask for the exchange or something.Edit (after the owner’s response): my husband didn’t recall if anyone mentioned that, but I still appreciate the explanation in the comment. I thought the sugar level just meant sweetness itself, didn’t know it would affect the flavor.The cashier (there was a trainee sticker on her hat) did ask my husband if the winter melon tea needed anything else like milk or toppings in it, so he called me to confirm, but he didn’t recall if anything else was mentioned. I don’t think it’s the cashier’s fault though. While I appreciate your response, your comment doesn’t sound kind at all to the customer. The customer service doesn’t seem friendly.

Kung Fu tea is the mcdonalds of boba tea places. My husband and I can taste how processed and fake both the tea and boba are. Service was normal. The place was clean as well. Try ding tea for a more authentic and clean taste!!

I went for the Pikmin tea and they ran out of ingredients. They managed to get some from another store though and I was able to drink peak.

They're okay. I've had my drinks made wrong several times and even had a metal piece contaminating it (issue was resolved by contacting them), but this is the first time my karaage order was such low quality. They were literally just dough pieces. Other than that the drinks themselves are pretty tasty, and the only place where most of their stuff is lactose free

I would not recommend this location due to lack of customer loyalty. My daughter accidentally ordered from this location instead of the location we were by. I called the store after she placed the order and was told the drinks were already made. The associate checked with manager regarding a refund and I was told their policy to not give refunds. They care more about the bottom line than their customers and customer satisfaction. They didn't care that my family spends about a thousand dollars a year with them. They kept the $21.47 and lost our business. Their app needs to be improved for all customers to confirm the order and location before paying. I guess they may not want to if this how they scam consumers out of money and say it's your mistake/fault. We should not support local businesses that have this mindset.
